Didn't work it show WinRAR can add files only to RAR or ZIP archives.

Make sure it's the latest version of WinRAR and try this.
1. Open WinRAR and go to Options.
2. Click on Settings and go to Integration.
3. Inside the Associate WinRAR with box, click on Toggle all.

Doesn't not Work, yes it tricks the WinRar to made the Folders and Files to Compress as ISO.
But it's not 100% ISO. Not Bootable ISO if you want to compress a files and folder that is Bootable ISO... use PowerISO, ImgBurn or other ISO Compressor.

doesn't work as intended. It does create it but can't open it (corrupted) or mount it to browse the content..

It was working for me 🤔
Try again but this time uncheck the "Create Solid Archive" option.

Maybe you can create ISO from windows folder but you will not be able to install windows from it.
For installing windows you need to download ISO from Microsoft website.
