There is whole lot of guidance on how to move past pratyahara in yoga but it's very difficult to find and a really good guru can only take you to a certain level, next is only a journey forward but you definitely need someone who helps you to know how to get back. Lots of things are very lightly described and much of words won't really ever reach justice. It's very difficult to find this practical yoga but it's very hard to find. I am trying to find it again but I am ok if I don't either. This interview is really ❤👏🏼
thanks for listening. I don’t doubt that this level of guidance would be hard to come upon’ I’ve interviewed a lot of people now and I’m not sure that anyone I’ve spoken to has had it !
