OMG, finally someone says to press down for a second to turn it on!!! I don't know why I could not figure it out, read the instructions twice nowhere did it say that...at least I didn't catch it if it did. I thought you only pressed the on/off button once. I was sure my brand new M8 was broken. Thank you, appreciate the details provided!!! Other videos just assume we're all pros.

Thanks I have some confusion where the adjustment point is. In the pamphlet it shows it as the black dot as being the adjustment point. There is a black arrow just below the blue part that you show as the adjustment point which is where I thought it was. Is the pamphlet wrong?
How do you know when it's done charging?
Also the charger looks like it can be replaced with a vibrator charger.

my issue is that the pen needles pop out when putting it in, but immediately go all the way down, and no matter how much I twist to 1.5 or whatever the needles never go above the tip
Same for me no matter what I do. They are snapped in and don’t go much beyond even at 2. No bleeding even at 2 so that means it’s not going deep. Can someone help us? Thanks so much! ❤️

It can be used to plump your lips for a short period of time.

useless. mine keep popping out of the device once I turn it on
I bought one, the A6 model about 4 months ago. I used it about a dozen times, treating it with kid gloves. It broke. I didn't drop it or strike it against anything. It just wouldn't run the next time I tried to use it. The motor now won't engage the needle assembly. I called Dr. Pen customer service but they won't honor the one-year warranty because I didn't buy it directly from them but through a third-party vendor. No one will repair these so you have to buy another one if it breaks even just a short while after buying it. Beware.

Instructions on how to attach a battery & plug in a damn charger on a simple hand held device is RIDICULOUS! That's all basic common sense knowledge!... So yes. You're damn right I was upset because my time is valuable & a bunch of you UA-camrs are idiots going around wasting people's time ALL THE TIME with your FALSE titles. How-to vids, music vids, etc etc. Get it together people!!!

I've had it professionally done 3x & wanted to make comparisons. I also have a professional grade microdermabrasion machine I use just fine. It's always good to see some pros & cons of other people's use of an item... 🤷♂️😁
