    EPM, I have a couple of questions.
    1. Where you get Target information from?
    2. Do Target information always in the form of Business Objective?
    3. What if KPI are not available in existing system?

      1. Target information can be analyzed through SWOT/TOWS analysis. What are other people doing and how you can achieve a competitive edge?
      2. It can result to certain business objectives.
      3. KPI's are created. If your existing system does not have KPI's you have to find or create it.

    Shouldn't there be other tools to be used to identify the gap other than what the client says. Let's say, for example, the element where they say 16%, shouldn't there be reliable information to confirm that?
