This is actually one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen come out of Super. The idea of every single one of the Saiyans just heavy sparring and beating the hell out of each other, just to see how strong they all are. No malice. No jealousy. No pride. Just essentially a group of brothers pushing themselves. Freakin chefs kiss.
Took long enough. How many damn years has it been to get to this point? They wasted all that time with the Goku and Vegeta show, like bruh. All these Saiyan characters were just collecting dust on the bench this entire time.
If it wasnt for the absurdity of it. Beast gohan on par with MUI? Get out. Also the four of them could take on Beerus, but somehow Vegeta forgot about the elimination of Saiyans and their planet.
Honestly I would've been so happy if Super Hero was an extra half-hour longer with this part of the story being the epilogue. Goku and Pan meeting properly would've been such a lovely ending.
He DIDNT forget who Pan is. It’s a joke that was badly translated. Gohan translates to “rice” and Pan is “bread” roughly. So what Goku heard is Piccolo is going to pick up some bread with rice, which is WHY he’s initially confused. He knows who his own granddaughter is FFS
Fr they could have easily translated it as “Pan? Uhhh why are you picking up pans? Like to cook? Don’t namekians survive off water?” or something like that and it would have the same effect. The English version of Goku still making him look even dumber than he actually is it’s crazy 😭

This wordplay wasn’t in the dub and completely changes the context of the joke.

This is showcased when he defeated Gas in one blow, transforming into Black faster than Goku and Vegeta could tell he transformed. Black Frieza has SIGNIFICANTLY more control over his power than Beast Gohan, and would therefore win by a large margin. Gohan could only keep up with Frieza for a short period of time before he drops out of that level, and Frieza beats the Beast out of him. Frieza having such control of his Black power would be able to break through Goku's UI dodge hax easily. Black Frieza vs Beerus would be close, but ultimately, Beerus would pull through with his knowledge of Destruction and Ultra Instinct, and that's what the V-Jump was saying.

The version of mui Goku used vs Gas was better for him in that moment since he was unable to use the current mui form (one he’s using against beast) effectively. Its like trying to use something you’re not ready for right now, so you switch to something better suited for you. It’s weaker, sure, but better for you at that moment.
I'm super excited for Goten and Trunks future. Let's hope this Trunks gets some better drip though lol. I'd love to see a Teen Trunks vs Future Trunks spar. Besides that some more Broly x Gohan action would be awesome. I'd love to see them fuse. Brohan. Gohly. Man and Pan getting mad at Goku and immediately going in for the sneak attack was adorable like she was testing her Grandpa to see if it was still truly him. Yeah, the only member Vegeta knows of is Dr. Gero, and although Red Ribbon was mentioned around Vegeta and is on the android uniforms, one man and his androids isnt a whole organization. So after a decade, he forgot that small details. He knows them as Dr. Gero and the androids.

It's stated that Goku is only Gamma level and can do nothing against Cell Max. Gohan was very holding back against his father he used 1% of his power like 70% of this fight. The 30% of the fight he used 2% but he accidentally knocked out Goku so he back to 1%. Goku was able to only push Gohan like Tien pushed semi perfect Cell in Android saga. Goku was not able to even scratch Gohan.

One of the coolest things dragon ball super has brought to the table is all the saiyans getting there own power up. Gohan has beast exclusively Broly has his special SS form exclusively Goku has Ultra Instinct exclusively Vegeta has Ultra Ego exclusively Hopefully one day we get to see Goten, Trunks, Pan, and Bulla with their own powers

Mui is strongest form but it downside for Goku that he’s an emotional being. It’s his emotions that allow him to use his full strength and power. Mui requires no thought and no emotion it’s why ui omen is Goku’s best form when fighting real opponents. With gohan he can use Mui because he’s not fighting to protect
I’ll be honest, I think people need to stop saying Gohan is stronger than goku when it seems to be the other way around. From the fight, I notice gohan seems to be going all out while goku implies he wasn’t going all out. To reinforce my claims, Goku was staying on defense when Gohan powered up fully and when he went back in MUI, they seemed to fight equally for the rest of the fight. I could be wrong in saying Gohan isn’t stronger, but this fight is certainly not enough to make the determination concerning Goku being weaker against Gohan.
I love how Super gave us special transformations designed specifically for one and each (important) member of the Z fighters Goku has his UI. Just like Blue kaioken forshadowed, Goku's new power comes from experience, martial arts, his multiple masters and his friends that have been with him since the very beginning (something a lot of people sleep on is the message of the T.o.P. arc, which is the very first saga where Goku was fighting alongside ALL of his friends in a narrative that was all about friendship vs. self confidence, where Jiren acts as the perfect opposite of Goku: strong, martial artist, good heart, always aiming higher, but unlike Goku, this time by himself). Veget has his UE. Just like Blue evolution forshadowed, Vegeta's new power comes from his pride, but unlike old Z Vegeta would have done it, it's not his own saiyan pride, but the love he has for his own species. That's what Cabba represents, he is the embodiment of a new generation of saiyans, young and with different values than the ones Vegeta grew up with. Vegeta sees in Cabbe what the saiyan race could have become if they weren't the inmoral savages they were, and instead they would have thought like this new, mature, developed Vegeta thinks. From his family and his race, surpassed his Blue into blue evolution, and that same developmen and new take on Vegeta's pride is what drove him straight into Ultra Ego, a new power born from his understanding about what he can and can't change about his past, and how he can't blame himself for the saiyans and simultaneously can pridefully take their legacy on him. Broly is the legendary ssj. I HATE the idea some people in the fandom have about him training for UI, UE or any divine ki form. He doesn't need any of that because Broly is his own character (that's also why I always hated this ssj blue Gohan fan stories). Broly is that unstoppable force of nature that the legends forshadowed would become unstoppable. Broly is the fear of the emperor of the universe given form. Broly is a menace to gods themselves, as he is what a true saiyan legend should look like: rage, destruction, raw power. Broly is the legendary ssj for a reason, he can train and control himself as much as he wants, but he will always be a ticking bomb. Piccolo is a namekian. Just like saiyans, given his nature of being from the warrior clan, he is always training and aiming to become stronger, but he is not like other namekians, he is special. Namekians are either dragon clan or warrior clan, but this particular namekin was both a prodigy, and special circumstances he wen through on Earth made him split into 2 different people: Kami and King Piccoro. King Piccoro changed his ways after fighting Goku, and when hefused with Nail he became aware of his own origins, what he truly is, what had been troubling his mind finally had an answer, Piccoro realized he was a namekian. Then, he fused with Kami, now fulfilling himself and accepting who he was: hw isn't King Piccoro, Piccoro, Nail nor Kamisama, he was something different, something stronger, but something was lost. After this fussion, he remained the warrior clan namekian Piccoro Jr. is and his work as Kamisama was lost. With his potential unlocked, he unleashed all his strength as a warrior, but Shenron knew Piccoro, he recognized his master (something that is explicitely said in the movie and manga several times, with the writers CONSTANTLY reminding you that Piccoro created the Dragon Balls, and something people often forgots is that Dende NEVER created Dragon Balls, he said he will use the same dragon and dragon balls, Kami used). Orange Piccoro is the final form of the character: the namekian tree in his back has always been the symbol that represents namekian pride on their own species, the potential unlnocked represents his journe as the character we saw developing during all of Z as a member of the warrior clan, but this time Shenron fuses within Piccoro's body because Orange Piccoro lso represents that part that got forgotten, his Kamisama part. Orange Piccoro represents Nail, Piccoro Jr. and Kamisama in a balance between the namekian pride that characterized Nail, the warrior clan that characterized Piccoro and the dragon clan thet chracterized Kamisama, that's why he is orange with red tones in his arms, his fusion with Shenron represents the lost Kamisama aspect of the character, and the colors represent the Dragon Balls An then, there is Gohan, his new power, born from his own gifter potential. Born from that rage that he had accumulated. Altough the LEAST explained in the storyline (because it's literally the last thing that happens in the movie), this epilogue in the manga says a lot about it, and Toriyama said he thought about this form as the result of Gohan's constant exposure to rage boosts (something neither Goku nor Vegeta experienced, given Gohan's more let's say... "susceptible" nature to explode) and unlock of potentials. Beast Gohan is that, the Beast withing him that appears every time he loses composure, but this time he is an adult, he is mature, he can control himsel and put those feeling into his advantage. The version of mui Goku used vs Gas was better for him in that moment since he was unable to use the current mui form (one he’s using against beast) effectively. Ppl think that Gohan’s power up comes from nowhere, but gohan, just like Goku gets his power from pure rage (kindness) while vegeta and broly from (bad) rage, gohan is gifted while Goku and Vegeta are training hard to get there, Gohan is more like Frieza except he is kind, pure rage has always been stronger than bad rage, if Gohan trains, it’s to get used to his new power, but to power up, that’s from within, conclusion, his powers have always been there, no amount of training will make him stronger than the way he pour out his heart

Mui is strongest form but it downside for Goku that he’s an emotional being. It’s his emotions that allow him to use his full strength and power. Mui requires no thought and no emotion it’s why ui omen is Goku’s best form when fighting real opponents. With gohan he can use Mui because he’s not fighting to protect
I’ll be honest,
I think people need to stop saying Gohan is stronger than goku when it seems to be the other way around. From the fight, I notice gohan seems to be going all out while goku implies he wasn’t going all out. To reinforce my claims, Goku was staying on defense when Gohan powered up fully and when he went back in MUI, they seemed to fight equally for the rest of the fight.
I could be wrong in saying Gohan isn’t stronger, but this fight is certainly not enough to make the determination concerning Goku being weaker against Gohan.

Vegeta sees in Cabbe what the saiyan race could have become if they weren't the inmoral savages they were, and instead they would have thought like this new, mature, developed Vegeta thinks. From his family and his race, surpassed his Blue into blue evolution, and that same developmen and new take on Vegeta's pride is what drove him straight into Ultra Ego, a new power born from his understanding about what he can and can't change about his past, and how he can't blame himself for the saiyans and simultaneously can pridefully take their legacy on him.
Broly is the legendary ssj. I HATE the idea some people in the fandom have about him training for UI, UE or any divine ki form. He doesn't need any of that because Broly is his own character (that's also why I always hated this ssj blue Gohan fan stories). Broly is that unstoppable force of nature that the legends forshadowed would become unstoppable. Broly is the fear of the emperor of the universe given form. Broly is a menace to gods themselves, as he is what a true saiyan legend should look like: rage, destruction, raw power. Broly is the legendary ssj for a reason, he can train and control himself as much as he wants, but he will always be a ticking bomb.
Piccolo is a namekian. Just like saiyans, given his nature of being from the warrior clan, he is always training and aiming to become stronger, but he is not like other namekians, he is special. Namekians are either dragon clan or warrior clan, but this particular namekin was both a prodigy, and special circumstances he wen through on Earth made him split into 2 different people: Kami and King Piccoro. King Piccoro changed his ways after fighting Goku, and when hefused with Nail he became aware of his own origins, what he truly is, what had been troubling his mind finally had an answer, Piccoro realized he was a namekian. Then, he fused with Kami, now fulfilling himself and accepting who he was: hw isn't King Piccoro, Piccoro, Nail nor Kamisama, he was something different, something stronger, but something was lost. After this fussion, he remained the warrior clan namekian Piccoro Jr. is and his work as Kamisama was lost. With his potential unlocked, he unleashed all his strength as a warrior, but Shenron knew Piccoro, he recognized his master (something that is explicitely said in the movie and manga several times, with the writers CONSTANTLY reminding you that Piccoro created the Dragon Balls, and something people often forgots is that Dende NEVER created Dragon Balls, he said he will use the same dragon and dragon balls, Kami used). Orange Piccoro is the final form of the character: the namekian tree in his back has always been the symbol that represents namekian pride on their own species, the potential unlnocked represents his journe as the character we saw developing during all of Z as a member of the warrior clan, but this time Shenron fuses within Piccoro's body because Orange Piccoro lso represents that part that got forgotten, his Kamisama part. Orange Piccoro represents Nail, Piccoro Jr. and Kamisama in a balance between the namekian pride that characterized Nail, the warrior clan that characterized Piccoro and the dragon clan thet chracterized Kamisama, that's why he is orange with red tones in his arms, his fusion with Shenron represents the lost Kamisama aspect of the character, and the colors represent the Dragon Balls
An then, there is Gohan, his new power, born from his own gifter potential. Born from that rage that he had accumulated. Altough the LEAST explained in the storyline (because it's literally the last thing that happens in the movie), this epilogue in the manga says a lot about it, and Toriyama said he thought about this form as the result of Gohan's constant exposure to rage boosts (something neither Goku nor Vegeta experienced, given Gohan's more let's say... "susceptible" nature to explode) and unlock of potentials. Beast Gohan is that, the Beast withing him that appears every time he loses composure, but this time he is an adult, he is mature, he can control himsel and put those feeling into his advantage.
