I liked your video, great information and informative. Coffee producers are apparently struggling with producing a product that is consistent, so many different flavor profiles. I was watching a video from Sweet Maria that explained the same challenges in Sumatra. Coffee plant diseases, different varietals of coffee plants to fill the void when plants die, climate changes and rain issues. Very difficult to find a producer who has the ability to mass produce a product that is consistent across the board of high quality coffee. The best of the best is a small lot size and commands a premium price
