why would falco not chain grab, that'd be like a snake who doesn't use explosives, or a mario who doesn't use cape. it's just taking away one of the things that makes falco viable, let alone a good character.
Ocean's tricks and speed are amazing but Holy is more intelligent and just as fast making him the superior rob. Holy also has more experience against top players especially considering ally is his brother

Ocean has really good mixups. Whether he has mindgames or not, I'm not good at judging that, but his control and mixup game is good.
