Answering those questions: You can interrupt your airdodge by doing a throwing animation (i.e. Airdodge then immediately hit the C-stick to the left). versat13 did that with his amazing editing powers (I actually didn't notice it was kind of like the Marvel vs Capcom 3 camera shots). I can't really answer anymore about how he edits. Just think of him as like a Brawl-TAS-Editing God.

Just before the pawnch, pit launched an arrow, and if you follow Kirby, you can see it hit him.
It's a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun/Superplay). Basically, he can use save states and he can slow down the game.

It's a glitch where if Cf does a reverse falcon punch, and Pit puts out his shield right when it would hit him, he will go flying across the stage.
