This three part discussion has been invaluable to me on an emotional and spiritual level. I especially reflected on the stealing, Tapas discussion. Not items, but rather a relationship. I deeply am reflecting on her saying, What is not destined to be yours will not stay even if you guard it. What is destined to be yours won’t leave even if you throw it away. This can be good or bad. Karma can give you a destiny based on your actions. Hmmm. Words to think about.
I do want to do her 30 day ‘spoken words’ challenge as well. Maybe I’ll start with beneficial. 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💜

This limb of Yog is rarely spoken and taught. Nice to see it and realize how it transforms you. 🙏

Is this a talk at yogaville?
Great topic, very helpful. I've been working on harmonizing the opposites within myself for a long time and celibacy has been the most difficult. Ive been working on all of it by myself for the past 18 years. I live alone in a one room apartment. I work for myseld painting houses. I make my work a meditation, I stay focused on God as much as I can. All day every day. It gets very overwhelming at times. I really would like to visit yogaville.
    Shanti Shanti Shanti Om
