Definitely #1 rental. The goal for most as to having 2 bedrooms is to save money by having a roommate. The other 2, you could get a 1-bedroom for what your rent would be so why get a 2-bedroom. As far as buying, that's a totally different analysis, market is frustrating right now and 20% down on that unit is probably $100K which is not feasible for most (love the rooftop though).
I liked the loft the best, had so much character & flair. As did little Louie in the background. 🥰

I like the 5k rental the best. Used to live in Ravenswood and love to see what has changed and what is the same in the city.
Using this vid to manifest. I'll hire you someday when I'm apartment hunting in Chicago
It’s the River North one for me. 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like the last unit
Total Cost of Ownership. Use the rent vs buy calculator on The NY Times. It is not an all in, there are so many additional costs to owning.
I love the unit for sale!!
Your videos are amazing, but half screen doesn't show the dull apartment
I don't make enough even in IT to afford any of those options unfortunately
Which building is the second unit??
What area is apartment #2 in?
Which building is the third unit?
