When I was in college, a guy in the dorm next to me once concentrated and helds his hands a few inches apart. Then he told me to pass my hand between his. Chinese kid. I was wearing a silver ring on my hand and I swear it buzzed, like vibrated or something, or maybe it was like a shock or something. I didn't feel anything in my hand, but I've never been able to explain the ring. I can't explain it, but that did happen.

After years of hard chi control training I found peace, skill and enlightenment. Chi Kung saved my life I practice ever day for 2 years now, I had very bad damage rotator cuff in my left shoulder every time I move it I could hear the bone cracking and moving around after practicing I barely hear it anymore and I have no more pain but this is something that has to be done twice a day every day it is very difficult I do not live in a temple I have to work and go to school so the discipline of doing it twice a day is very difficult but pain is a great motivator
This stuff is absolutely real. I started meditating for a while and began to feel weird things in my body one day I felt a huge explosion of energy from my heart that went up through the top of my head and came back down. I had a near death experience it happened in a flash then the last thing I saw was the void it looked like pure energy blackness with some dots. I gained a deep knowing and realized all the programming we go though based on society and our parents that blocks us from our true power. Afterwards animals would do whatever I wanted I can feel energy eliminating from my heart and stomach. I haven't moved inanimate objects but I believe it's possible.

one thing I note is that you see all sorts of similar movement, often smaller, when doing healing bodywork. when people are encouraged to move with the feeling, rather than block it, you can see them moving in ways that naturally unblocks the energy of the body, etc. I see this as a cooperative process where the patient and therapist are both encouraging the body to open up, rebalance and reset. strong chi of many kinds can elicit this reaction. thanks for sharing.
I am a warrior in training and I have learned the the basics of Chi Gong. So far, I'm able transfer chi to my arms, legs, and head. The training is perilous. I was even hungby my neck. It hurt so much. By transferring chi to my hands I was able to break through a wall with one punch. Chi is real and by harnessing it, you could become very powerful physicly. Everybody go to China.

I cant explain the one at 1:00, it definitely isnt a fake, the mans arms arent flexing to support his back, meaning his chest is rising because of another force, and it isnt the mans abdomen lifting the chest either, it is near impossible for someone to retain a arched spine while lifting their stomach without requiring for their head to be firmly planted on the ground, you can see in the clip that his head is also lifting up. it also cant be a cable, because whatever is lifting them up seems to be pushing from below, not pulling upwards, and if it were cables a singular one couldnt do what is seen in the video, it would have to be multiple cables, but at that point it would be noticeable. There cant be a piston or anything of the sorts below him, because at the beginning of the clip the floor can clearly be seen. This is definitely the hardest chi video to explain i have seen thus far.
the wrists arent supporting him btw, the wrists are on the ground most of the time but the muscles in his arms would clearly flex if he were to push all his upper body weight up using his wrists, especially at the angle they were at most of the time. Anyways, there is an enourmous amount of evidence that stuff like this can happen, even if science may not be able to explain it entirely. Some of this is definitely conned, but not all of it, some of them are very likely real. I myself have met someone who could use chi the way some of the people in this video did, and i asked him to prove it and he touched me. When he touched me my arm felt like it had been electrocuted and then I wasn't able to move it for about 5 minutes afterwards. I have a strong understanding of the human anatomy and there are 0 pressure points in the area he touched me that could disable my arm, the only way i can explain this is that it can not be explained

Anyways, if I had learned anything in the small amount of time i spent studying neurology, is that we know barely anything about the human brain. We just know that basics, and I also know that only 35% of the brain is consciously used. I also agree with Tesla's theories on energy, which are mainly based around transmissions of energy in the air, and I also know that through meditation monks have managed to control their body temperature(which this isn't at all like the chi videos, there were scientific studies done(with no p hacking btw), that show that some monks can raise their body temperature and actually meditate outside in 30 degree temperatures without getting hypothermia for an entire night). When people panic their brains can sometimes automatically control adrenaline flow essentially giving them super strength, and in panic people's minds can perceive the world in slow motion, we are barely scratching the surface of what the human mind can do, and I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if chi was a real thing, because there are so many videos, so many stories, and science and physics can definitely back chi up in many ways. I mean, the brain in some areas does convert movement into small amounts of electrical energy, which if you apply some of Tesla's theories to that, you can transmit some of that electricity into different parts of the body, which then could be used to do something such as light a fire with your bare hands, or apply electrical shocks to heal. Anyways, someone like you can't dare tell me what science is or isnt. If your like me and you studied mostly quantum physics and many other sciences at times then you start looking at things in a different way, and you realize much more is possible than the average person seems to think. I started Shaolin in 1969 at the age of 8, My Sifu was named Sifu Li Fang of China, He was practicing in the Park and I watch for 2 months and started to copy him. then he approached me and asked me why I wanted to learn, I told him I seen Bruce Lee and thought his fighting style was super nice, then we started the teachings... Back in 1975 I was learning was already at lower teacher in Shaolin Taiji, Taijiquan and started my higher levels of Qigong and Dim Mak I followed this style till the age of 1982, this was due Sifu had to go home due to his Visa ran out. I became a teacher and have the 3 inch touch, bummer is I never got to that level without my Sifu, Sifu Li Fang was killed by PLA soldiers in 1989. Since then I was AAU wrestling champion of the west coast in Greco & Free style wrestling from 1978 to 1996. Got my 2 black belts in Shito Ryu (1 Dan), Kyokushin (3 Dans) brown belts in Jujutsu & Judo Finally 2ed dan from 1990 to 2007 and finally got my 3rd Dan in Hwa Rang Do 2008 to 2014.. I am 56 years old.. I seen the real Martial Arts, Unbelievable things that would blow your mind. (Note all my teacher were from China, Japan and South Korea, only Wrestling was American Instruction... In 1968 I got a man crush on Bruce Lee and wanted to be like him.. never was but I tried... LOL
People don't believe, solely because they cannot do this themselves or they don't see it on TV. Everyone has chi within them. Everyone uses it without realizing it, but only few can master it. It takes decades of dedication and hardwork. Hardwork that people no longer want to do. If it can't be given to them or bought, then it's unbelievable and unattainable. The generations are becoming lazier. More entitled, even. There is an imbalance within everyone these days, including myself. But recognizing that imbalance is the first step. I honestly do believe in this stuff. Back then, it was seen as some form of magic or blessing from the gods. Today it's seen as nothing more than movie effects and gullible people. There will always be non-believers. It's okay to not believe in this stuff, but you should not berate those who do. I suggest studying the work of Yang Jwing Ming - specifically "The Root of Chinese Qigong," "The Essence of Taiji Qigong" and Qigong and Health in the Martial Arts." Jerry Alan Johnson is an accomplished martial artist who has also written extensively on medical application of Qigong. There is much to learn. Dismissing, a priori, the utility of Qi in the marital arts is simply ignorant. If one can find an instance of fraud, or any number of such instances, that in no way impacts the reality of Qi, or its utility in the martial arts, and in medicine. It just doesn't. If you want to invoke reason and scepticism, please be consistent, and thorough in your application thereof.

Chi, Qi, or Ki is a very real thing, and has always existed, only now, with the development of quantum physics, is science approaching the point at which it can be explained. Ki can be used for healing through the practice of Reiki, which has tens of thousands of practitioners in the US alone. I'm a Tai Chi practitioner and (fairly new) Taoist. I highly suggest reading the Tao Te Ching as a beneficial guide to improving life. Chi is real, but the concept has been tainted by mysticism over millennia. It is not some invisible energy stream that you can harness to choke commanders to death for failing you. It's a description of either thermo-kinetic or cause-and-effect energy transfer in all systems, recognizing the cyclical nature of all such systems. In the human biological system, that pertains to the bio-electric flow of your nervous system. The body and mind work on a continuous feedback loop of health and/or disease processes. Mental stress begets physical tension, physical tension begets mental stress (this is especially significant between your mind, muscles and digestive system). All sorts of disease processes arise from this cycle (stomach ulcers, IBS, impotence, arthritis, ligament damage etc). Qigong practices (like Tai Chi) are based on the overriding principal of Taoism, that suffering, injury, breakdown of well-being arise from being out of sync with the systems you are immersed in. I live with a lot of chronic pain from spinal injuries. Mental stress makes my muscles tense, continuously irritating the injured joints in my neck. The pain causes more stress, causing more tension, causing more injury.... Qigong practice synchronizes the brain with the body. It stops you from channeling stress into tension points in your body, retraining your neuro-electric feedback systems into a state of synchronicity. This is why I'm now healing like I never thought possible before. Nothing is more integrated than your nervous system. Trying to treat mental or physical illness separately is just absurd. Treat your mind and body as one, stop trying to feel better by poisoning yourself for a zing of dopamine (anything that induces pleasure). Not because pleasure is bad in general, but it's certainly bad as a treatment for illness & injury - even though it's the instinctive go-to for everybody. And finally, stop letting these charlatans diminish the true, incredible potential of Qigong to give you real control over your life and well-being. Every single thing shown in this video can be easily reproduced by a magician of even modest skill. Life can offer you experiences far more awe-inspiring than "magic powers", which are indeed just another drug, another excitement to medicate you with a zing of dopamine. The key is not bigger and more exciting answers than the last, but fixing the imbalances within so as to restore your mind's ability to experience life fully; as you did when you were a child, when your perception of experiences wasn't bogged down by all the bad stuff in life that accumulated over time and numbed you.
I always thought this was outright bullshit, but I've had my instructor and some of his peers touch me with their qi. There is something there; their hands sort of feel like the polarity of a magnet like when you put two north poles together. It's not a subtle feeling. It's tangible up to about six inches away. How that translates into lighting paper on fire is beyond me, though. I'm calling it quackery until someone demonstrates it in my backyard.
I'm with you. Although I see truth a quite a few of these, I do also get a gut feeling that a couple of them might be snake oil salesmen. But I don't think I can completely dismiss this practice because personally I do believe in some of these acts as I've personally had first hand experience with it myself also. The same way you described. The one that got to be in this video is where he controls the animals to sit down and last their heads down and stuff. You can have human partners to fake stuff. You can secretly hide something to start a fire. But how do you control random animals (of different breeds at that) to ask do what you want them to do!!!

There's a big difference between chi/qi and the Holy Spirit. This could be what is described in the Bible as sorcery. These 'chi/qi masters' don't just learn this stuff overnight. They practice hours a day and pray hours a day, it takes them many years to master these techniques and skills. Ask yourself if they're praying, and we know it's not to Yahweh, then who are they praying to? (I know there are fakes in the church as well who use similar techniques and even use hypnosis. You may not think it, but these are in the same category along with other things as well.)

I don’t enjoy ordinary fighting at all, yet I love the history, tradition and inner discipline required by martial arts. I also like their sports versions. I won the few fights I ever encountered myself into by exercising mental strength alone. The mind controls the body and the spirit energises the mind. Awareness is key to win a fight, as softness defeats hardness. It redirects a strong force against itself. The stronger the impact, the farther they fall, and the more confused they become because it challenges their assumptions. To your hard actions, I offer my soft side.
It's not difficult to cultivate your own life energy - lessons abound on how to do it. Personal experience changes your mind. You don't have to believe anyone without cause - just go do it on your own for yourself. If you decide something is impossible, then it is - for you. PLEASE i got one question, i meditate everyday, and im working on my chakras, and im working on the qi right now, how to feel it. my questions is, this one at minute 3:00 it looks like hes trying to force out the chi and by making those sounds like hes not relaxed, like hes lifting weight, while other masters says not to try forcing it out ?
+Simon Alp no school can claim they have the correct methods. All schools are different. Generally the deeper nei gung systems would use the methods you referring to in order to push the chi out.
It would appear he is doing forced Chi manipulation/flow by tensing then relaxing muscles. Would not achieve it with the tensing alone yeah? You cannot simply force it, it is a combination, about the ebb and flow. There are different schools of thought for such manipulation, I would recommend trying a few and experimenting a bit on your own to find what works for you. Try practicing Qi gong or Tai Chi, both great ways to develop and understand the process as they are all about energy manipulation.

As a bouncer in ridiculously fight prone bar that could have 700 people in it on a hot night with a name band, I experience two strange thins. 1- As a guy was woofing on me and move his hands about his head to move for the ideal sucker punch position, well I had seen this many times before and knew exactly what he planned to do. But as soon as the thought crystallized in my mind to drop him a really weird ass thing sometimes occurred. The guy's face would nearly go blank and he'd withdraw saying something like "Yo man I was just jerking your chain to see how you'd jump bro, your alright". 2- when a guy pulled a wepon on me a knife or pool cue, sometimes a bottle, suddenly everything would start moving in slow motion. Evvven the sounds seemed like tape played too slow a speed. It was like there was plenty of time to get things done. To me it seemed a csual pace yet after I disarmed him or dropped him many time one of my staff might say "dam that was the fastest thing I ever saw" I do not see this a mystical but just getting used to being attacked.and thus being able to relax in mind and body so there was no intervvvval of time between my thought and my action. All that was 43 years ago. I was a slack belt in 3 arts but rarely used more than few techniques in any fight.

Not to be creepy, but once my mother had this utterly bad feeling of pain in the back. A friend of her recommended us a chiropractic (is that how is written??) anyways I went out of curiosity (bc I thought it was only a massage... I was very wrong) once he finished with my mother, the kind old man stared at me and said “you shouldn’t back off your feelings” (I was talking with my mothers friend about 30 minutes ago and by some reason I got very emotional even tho the conversation wasn’t emotional??) then he asked my mother if he could give me a session too. In the end he told me that I was uttterly unstable and that he wanted to help. So he started doing the massage by my foots. At first I thought that it would be a normal massage, BUT DUDES, IT HURT AS HELL, and he wasn’t even doing pressure, he just touched my foot, I started crying bc it was overly painful. And again, he was just touching softly my foot, but it felt like if a hundred needles were going deep in it. The pain followed through my whole body. He told me that it hurted bc he was traspasing his “energy” through my whole body and getting it out through my forehead. Once he stopped and I sat on the couch he said to me “now look at me, then close your eyes” and I did. (I use glasses and that was supposed to help) in mid the process I felt like my eyes were surrounded by an overwhelming heat so I opened them briefly, he just said kindly “don’t open them, or it won’t work at all” (I didn’t close them right away,) his hands weren’t even on my eyes, and actually they were pretty much, at least 5-7 centimeters away from them. But I still felt a very very hot pressure in them. Once he finished I felt very calm and “quiet”. my mother was seeing all the process and she got scared when I started crying when he did that foot thingy. She actually screamed to me “why are you crying??!!” Because she saw that he was softly rubbing my feets. We thanked him and never went back again. It creeped me out but it also made me very curious. I wanted him to teach me LMAO. Anyways just life experiences JAJJAJA

Chi Kung saved my life I practice ever day for 2 years now, I had very bad damage rotator cuff in my left shoulder every time I move it I could hear the bone cracking and moving around after practicing I barely hear it anymore and I have no more pain but this is something that has to be done twice a day every day it is very difficult I do not live in a temple I have to work and go to school so the discipline of doing it twice a day is very difficult but pain is a great motivator
This stuff is absolutely real. I started meditating for a while and began to feel weird things in my body one day I felt a huge explosion of energy from my heart that went up through the top of my head and came back down. I had a near death experience it happened in a flash then the last thing I saw was the void it looked like pure energy blackness with some dots. I gained a deep knowing and realized all the programming we go though based on society and our parents that blocks us from our true power. Afterwards animals would do whatever I wanted I can feel energy eliminating from my heart and stomach. I haven't moved inanimate objects but I believe it's possible.

to anyone who thinks this isn't real, go read up on how to breathe with your tongue against your palette, then how to move the breath down into your perineum. I was always sceptical about this, but recently i've been trying just this one thing, and when i finally succeeded I really saw visions.
one thing I note is that you see all sorts of similar movement, often smaller, when doing healing bodywork. when people are encouraged to move with the feeling, rather than block it, you can see them moving in ways that naturally unblocks the energy of the body, etc.
I see this as a cooperative process where the patient and therapist are both encouraging the body to open up, rebalance and reset.

I am a warrior in training and I have learned the the basics of Chi Gong. So far, I'm able transfer chi to my arms, legs, and head. The training is perilous. I was even hungby my neck. It hurt so much. By transferring chi to my hands I was able to break through a wall with one punch. Chi is real and by harnessing it, you could become very powerful physicly. Everybody go to China.

I cant explain the one at 1:00, it definitely isnt a fake, the mans arms arent flexing to support his back, meaning his chest is rising because of another force, and it isnt the mans abdomen lifting the chest either, it is near impossible for someone to retain a arched spine while lifting their stomach without requiring for their head to be firmly planted on the ground, you can see in the clip that his head is also lifting up. it also cant be a cable, because whatever is lifting them up seems to be pushing from below, not pulling upwards, and if it were cables a singular one couldnt do what is seen in the video, it would have to be multiple cables, but at that point it would be noticeable. There cant be a piston or anything of the sorts below him, because at the beginning of the clip the floor can clearly be seen. This is definitely the hardest chi video to explain i have seen thus far.
the wrists arent supporting him btw, the wrists are on the ground most of the time but the muscles in his arms would clearly flex if he were to push all his upper body weight up using his wrists, especially at the angle they were at most of the time. We just know that basics, and I also know that only 35% of the brain is consciously used. I also agree with Tesla's theories on energy, which are mainly based around transmissions of energy in the air, and I also know that through meditation monks have managed to control their body temperature(which this isn't at all like the chi videos, there were scientific studies done(with no p hacking btw), that show that some monks can raise their body temperature and actually meditate outside in 30 degree temperatures without getting hypothermia for an entire night). When people panic their brains can sometimes automatically control adrenaline flow essentially giving them super strength, and in panic people's minds can perceive the world in slow motion, we are barely scratching the surface of what the human mind can do, and I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if chi was a real thing, because there are so many videos, so many stories, and science and physics can definitely back chi up in many ways. I mean, the brain in some areas does convert movement into small amounts of electrical energy, which if you apply some of Tesla's theories to that, you can transmit some of that electricity into different parts of the body, which then could be used to do something such as light a fire with your bare hands, or apply electrical shocks to heal. I became a teacher and have the 3 inch touch, bummer is I never got to that level without my Sifu, Sifu Li Fang was killed by PLA soldiers in 1989. Since then I was AAU wrestling champion of the west coast in Greco & Free style wrestling from 1978 to 1996. Got my 2 black belts in Shito Ryu (1 Dan), Kyokushin (3 Dans) brown belts in Jujutsu & Judo Finally 2ed dan from 1990 to 2007 and finally got my 3rd Dan in Hwa Rang Do 2008 to 2014.. I am 56 years old.. I seen the real Martial Arts, Unbelievable things that would blow your mind. Dismissing, a priori, the utility of Qi in the marital arts is simply ignorant.

I'm a Tai Chi practitioner and (fairly new) Taoist. I highly suggest reading the Tao Te Ching as a beneficial guide to improving life.
Chi is real, but the concept has been tainted by mysticism over millennia. It is not some invisible energy stream that you can harness to choke commanders to death for failing you.
It's a description of either thermo-kinetic or cause-and-effect energy transfer in all systems, recognizing the cyclical nature of all such systems.
In the human biological system, that pertains to the bio-electric flow of your nervous system. The body and mind work on a continuous feedback loop of health and/or disease processes. Mental stress begets physical tension, physical tension begets mental stress (this is especially significant between your mind, muscles and digestive system). All sorts of disease processes arise from this cycle (stomach ulcers, IBS, impotence, arthritis, ligament damage etc).
Qigong practices (like Tai Chi) are based on the overriding principal of Taoism, that suffering, injury, breakdown of well-being arise from being out of sync with the systems you are immersed in. I live with a lot of chronic pain from spinal injuries. Mental stress makes my muscles tense, continuously irritating the injured joints in my neck. The pain causes more stress, causing more tension, causing more injury....
Qigong practice synchronizes the brain with the body. It stops you from channeling stress into tension points in your body, retraining your neuro-electric feedback systems into a state of synchronicity. This is why I'm now healing like I never thought possible before.
Nothing is more integrated than your nervous system. Trying to treat mental or physical illness separately is just absurd. Treat your mind and body as one, stop trying to feel better by poisoning yourself for a zing of dopamine (anything that induces pleasure). Not because pleasure is bad in general, but it's certainly bad as a treatment for illness & injury - even though it's the instinctive go-to for everybody.
And finally, stop letting these charlatans diminish the true, incredible potential of Qigong to give you real control over your life and well-being. Every single thing shown in this video can be easily reproduced by a magician of even modest skill.
Life can offer you experiences far more awe-inspiring than "magic powers", which are indeed just another drug, another excitement to medicate you with a zing of dopamine. The key is not bigger and more exciting answers than the last, but fixing the imbalances within so as to restore your mind's ability to experience life fully; as you did when you were a child, when your perception of experiences wasn't bogged down by all the bad stuff in life that accumulated over time and numbed you.
I always thought this was outright bullshit, but I've had my instructor and some of his peers touch me with their qi. There is something there; their hands sort of feel like the polarity of a magnet like when you put two north poles together. It's not a subtle feeling. It's tangible up to about six inches away. How that translates into lighting paper on fire is beyond me, though. I'm calling it quackery until someone demonstrates it in my backyard.
I'm with you. Although I see truth a quite a few of these, I do also get a gut feeling that a couple of them might be snake oil salesmen. But I don't think I can completely dismiss this practice because personally I do believe in some of these acts as I've personally had first hand experience with it myself also. The same way you described. The one that got to be in this video is where he controls the animals to sit down and last their heads down and stuff. You can have human partners to fake stuff. You can secretly hide something to start a fire. But how do you control random animals (of different breeds at that) to ask do what you want them to do!!!

There's a big difference between chi/qi and the Holy Spirit. This could be what is described in the Bible as sorcery. These 'chi/qi masters' don't just learn this stuff overnight. They practice hours a day and pray hours a day, it takes them many years to master these techniques and skills. Ask yourself if they're praying, and we know it's not to Yahweh, then who are they praying to? (I know there are fakes in the church as well who use similar techniques and even use hypnosis. You may not think it, but these are in the same category along with other things as well.)

It would appear he is doing forced Chi manipulation/flow by tensing then relaxing muscles. Would not achieve it with the tensing alone yeah? You cannot simply force it, it is a combination, about the ebb and flow. There are different schools of thought for such manipulation, I would recommend trying a few and experimenting a bit on your own to find what works for you. Try practicing Qi gong or Tai Chi, both great ways to develop and understand the process as they are all about energy manipulation.

As a bouncer in ridiculously fight prone bar that could have 700 people in it on a hot night with a name band, I experience two strange thins. 1- As a guy was woofing on me and move his hands about his head to move for the ideal sucker punch position, well I had seen this many times before and knew exactly what he planned to do. But as soon as the thought crystallized in my mind to drop him a really weird ass thing sometimes occurred. The guy's face would nearly go blank and he'd withdraw saying something like "Yo man I was just jerking your chain to see how you'd jump bro, your alright". 2- when a guy pulled a wepon on me a knife or pool cue, sometimes a bottle, suddenly everything would start moving in slow motion. Evvven the sounds seemed like tape played too slow a speed. It was like there was plenty of time to get things done. To me it seemed a csual pace yet after I disarmed him or dropped him many time one of my staff might say "dam that was the fastest thing I ever saw" I do not see this a mystical but just getting used to being attacked.and thus being able to relax in mind and body so there was no intervvvval of time between my thought and my action. All that was 43 years ago. I was a slack belt in 3 arts but rarely used more than few techniques in any fight.

Not to be creepy, but once my mother had this utterly bad feeling of pain in the back. A friend of her recommended us a chiropractic (is that how is written??) anyways I went out of curiosity (bc I thought it was only a massage... I was very wrong) once he finished with my mother, the kind old man stared at me and said “you shouldn’t back off your feelings” (I was talking with my mothers friend about 30 minutes ago and by some reason I got very emotional even tho the conversation wasn’t emotional??) then he asked my mother if he could give me a session too. In the end he told me that I was uttterly unstable and that he wanted to help. So he started doing the massage by my foots. At first I thought that it would be a normal massage, BUT DUDES, IT HURT AS HELL, and he wasn’t even doing pressure, he just touched my foot, I started crying bc it was overly painful. And again, he was just touching softly my foot, but it felt like if a hundred needles were going deep in it. The pain followed through my whole body. He told me that it hurted bc he was traspasing his “energy” through my whole body and getting it out through my forehead. Once he stopped and I sat on the couch he said to me “now look at me, then close your eyes” and I did. (I use glasses and that was supposed to help) in mid the process I felt like my eyes were surrounded by an overwhelming heat so I opened them briefly, he just said kindly “don’t open them, or it won’t work at all” (I didn’t close them right away,) his hands weren’t even on my eyes, and actually they were pretty much, at least 5-7 centimeters away from them. But I still felt a very very hot pressure in them. Once he finished I felt very calm and “quiet”. my mother was seeing all the process and she got scared when I started crying when he did that foot thingy. She actually screamed to me “why are you crying??!!” Because she saw that he was softly rubbing my feets. We thanked him and never went back again. It creeped me out but it also made me very curious. I wanted him to teach me LMAO. Anyways just life experiences JAJJAJA
