      Don't worry regular exercises kro, exercises se phle paraffin wax bath ya hot pack ghutne par rakhein, fir exercises krein, apne physiotherapist se ghutne ko mobilise krwae, range aajaegi👍🏻

      Two years is a long time to get result, probably you will need a re-surgery and physiotherapy to regain the range, sir! take medicine in consultation with your physician.....by physiotherapy means you can use hot pack to relax the muscles and cold pack to decrease swelling and pain after exercise...Thank you!

      Waise exercises same day se chalu ho jati hain jadatar cases mai...ye exercises particularly knee bend krne ke liye hai, knee bend alag alag cases mai alag alag time par krna hota hai... So consult kre apne surgeon aur physiotherapist se fir aap ye exercises karein👍🏻

    Hello sir. Thanks for the good information. I had tibial plateau malunion surgery one month back. My joint space is 90 % reduced and cant do full extension.

      i would suggest you to visit a physiotherapist and you can perform these exercises under supervision of a physiotherapist as reduced joint space would require more specific care to recover....wish u speedy recovery!!

    Sir नमस्ते 🙏 सर मै एक पैर से विकलांग हु मेरा एक पैर पतला है और एक इंच छोटा भी है सर मुझे चलने मे problem होती है ज्यादा मे चल नही पाता हूँ। जब चलता हु तो पूरा दबाब दूसरे पैर पड़ता है और दर्द भी होता है। Please सर कोई ऐसी exercise बताई जिससे मे अपने पतले पैर को ठीक कर सकु। 😔

      Rheumatoid Arthritis mai regular exercise aur stretching exercises krna jaruri hai, stretching exercises aur range of motion exercises se aap apne joints ko stiff hone se bacha sakte hain, video mai dikhai gyi exercises se apko jarur fayda hoga, mai jald full body stretching and range of motion routine par video banaunga jisse apko madad milegi👍🏻

      Apply ice every 3-4 hours, start walking lekin abhi kam distance chalo dheere dheere distance badhai, eventually time ke saath apka pain kam ho jaega jaise jaise leg ki strength improve hogi👍🏻

      Quadriceps muscle ko stretch kriye.... 30 second hold krna hai aur 3 baar repeat karein, din mai 2 baar karein.

    Sir agar surgery huyi hoe or plate b payi hui hai to ab 6 mahine hoge tur ho ra hai pr leg bend ni ho ri thori hi huyi hai to ab kya kre is se mur jegi

      In exercises ko continue kro, exercises ke phle garam pani mai towel bhigo kr, use acche se ni chod lein fir 10-15 minute tak rakhe fir video mai dikhai gyi exercises krein👍🏻
