If I'm being honest I liked the Samsung best, and the Sony would be my second choice since the LG looked too dull for me but knowing what I know after having messed with colors on my TV I know the LG can be made to look better as well as I'm sure the same is true for the other TVs.
Great video! What Samsung were you using? I have the qn90b and it doesn't upscale 480 as well as your tv. Sony is still the best for 480 but Samsung has come a long way. Thanks
Hey dude i did the max lux mod a while back for my s95b and it worked wonders for my tv. Thanks! But i noticed it was changed back after a recent firmware update and when i did the max lux service menu changes again when i calibrated hdr it shows peak brightness at 1100 not 1560 as was previous with max lux mod. Do you know why this is?
Hey! The AI picture pro does upscale, but it’s not a massive difference, but will help on lower resolution content. The Sharpness settings does very little with upscaling, but helps slightly with clarity.
No idea why the samsung has negative things said about it in 1080 content and comparing it to other tvs for being really bad. To me some 1080 looks as good as 4k.
Streaming UA-cam TV commercials is the way to go (720p on up)! I think upscaling high quality 480p is already solved
That makes total sense FOMO! Thanks for the wisdom and thank you for stopping by also!
I hate tv shows that downscale 720p down to 480p. I know the shows were originally in 720p.
Yo Iceman saw ya on the FOMO livestream Saturday. 😊
Hey! I saw you too! I did say hi, but I don’t know if my comment got buried or not
I saw it Iceman😊@@icemanandbobtechandgaming

Maybe I missed it but which LG and Sony models are being used here?

For strictly using dish satellite content what's the best 75" lcd tv for picture quality and upscaling? Thanks, keep up the good work!

Was this done using the built in TV app?
Hey Içeman! Does the LG AI picture pro upscale content or does Super Resolution and the Sharpness setting handle upscaling?
