Al told everyone in one of his videos that they pay just under $500 per acre for the 500 acres, so it was closer to 250000 VS. What you're saying one million dollars.
Wow, great Click bait period videos like this should be flagged and removed from UA-cam because they Are just wasting people's time, You know, this time that we have so much of, and overabundance of
Al stated many times it was more than 500 acres. During 2nd winter of logging & showing tooooo numerous truck loads of logs/chips & my knowledge of farming/logging; i commented there were much more than 500 acres. This was the last footage of same, so i knew i hit a raw nerve . No more mention of that activity, except some months later, he stated it was complete.
You are a gossiping hack!!!! Al Lumnah has shared in a pretty recent podcast interview that he paid $500 per acre! That would make the cost $250,000!! Not even half what you cited!!!
Who said he is being truthful? Lots and lots of “ discrepancies “ Now having said that- being truthful is not a requirement to post videos. Just saying!
I knew that they couldn’t provide much financial info as there not wanting people to know what there worth as they spend lots of money on the home stead?, Buildings and equipment an$ all the tools they buy! And it’s really no one business
I'm rather disappointed with Lumnah Acres not being more transparent with their viewers. First off, the 500+ acres of undeveloped land they purchased is NOT in New Hampshire. I will not disclose the exact location as I do respect their privacy however, I can say their 500+ acre property is in the same State and County I reside in and it's definitely not NH. Second, as far as being able to purchase more than 500 acres of woodland property in that County is not cheap by any matter or means as I too own property close to theirs, albeit 20 acres of woodland as well. They would have had to mortgage over a million dollars to purchase that much property, abandoned or not. Additionally, constructing the house and out buildings costs a LOT of money just in building materials alone. Add in their big boy toys and it's even more. So where do they procure their cash from? I know they made money from harvesting the timber on the property but still isn't realistic as far as the overall value. Something isn't kosher but I would prefer hearing it from their prospective and not my assumptions. They should be more forthright and not mislead their viewers as such. Just my opinion based on where I reside in their neck of the woods.
I think you are incorrect. I believe they live in Littleton or at least near there. During one of their projects, they had a contractor help them with some work. I looked up the contractors companys and they are not far from Littleton. The Lumnah's Have mentioned they are in Littleton, NH So I'm not giving personal information away that they haven't already. I love them and I'm on my way to moving to New Hampshire as well within the next year and I've been watching a lot of their content to help give me insight on what it's like to be there and I think it's a shame there are people like you spreading mis information and making people like myself question somebody that is not being dishonest.
Honestly and truly the fact of the matter is these people are doing what they want to do with youtube, it is not their responsibility to let you in on their personal information. I honestly think that everyone is entitled to a certain amount of privacy, they made the choice of being on UA-cam it was not by vote or anything else. Let sleeping dogs lie they are allowed a certain amount of privacy if you did not interested then change the channel
You realize that unimproved land with no electricity or water or sewer facilities yields a much lower price per acre than your improved land. It is not comparable. They also own the previous farm and can leverage that for this one. The amount of money he has in both properties in labor is substantial. It not only saves them money but gives them equity that can be used for loans. The money the make in product endorsements is substantial. It's the largest part of their income. You have not counted one dollar of it. They are not the type to spend flagrantly and its reinvested in the toys buildings etc. Did you build an off grid storage container home for your first place on your property?
Their income from UA-cam is over $300,000 each year. They frequent stores in Littleton, so their property is just across the river in Vermont. They made a considerable sum from the logging of timber, which helped with the downpayment.
I started watching when Al and Gina were both working public jobs. It’s an educational type of video which I have only missed a couple. I look very forward to each and every one.
So no real information!……..just guessing.

he did pay under 500 per acre... I looked it up on Zillow just after they announced it

@@Jeh110 In that same vane of thought . . . I did not "say" the video was a lie. Just that the author is a gossiping hack.

I agree with much of what you stated. Much (very much in fact) does not add up. Also- the video content has gone down hill. I no longer watch.
You realize that unimproved land with no electricity or water or sewer facilities yields a much lower price per acre than your improved land. It is not comparable.

I've been watching them before they bought the 500 acres. I really like the content in thier videos
So, the only fact disclosed by this in depth investigation of Al and Gina's income is that you do not have any idea.
I started watching when Al and Gina were both working public jobs. It’s an educational type of video which I have only missed a couple. I look very forward to each and every one.
me too
Gina and Al have great skills and communicate well and the interaction they are brilliant, They need a mill for the timber on their place.
🤔🤔
Not sure a saw mill would work right now. So much to be done with gardens, pastures, hay fields, green house and more first !!
click bait
I started watching about 7-8 months ago, I really like watching you guys
I started is late 2012
I think I began watching in 2018
