- Sky News host Sharri Markson says there is “no evidence” that shows Israel has committed war crimes.
The ICC is seeking arrest warrants for three leaders of Hamas, as well as Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Defence Minister.
Ms Markson said all of the evidence points to Israel going “far above and beyond” what any other country around the world has done “to protect civilian life”.

In a court of law, reliable evidence has to be submitted, sufficient to show that there is a case to answer.
Otherwise you or I, or anyone else could be brought to course for a crime we haven't committed, as happens in autocratic states like Russia and Iran.
This is precisely what the Islamicist Muslim, Karim Khan is trying to do here. The warrants he wishes to issue are for PRESUMED offences. He is operating on Hamas' accusations.
Netanyahu certainly has his faults, but he is not guilty of the charges being levelled against him in this instance.
One cannot seriously claim that on the one hand, Israel is committing a genocide (incorrect with Gaza's rising birth rate) and on the other hand, that the Gazans are being starved, given that 30% more aid is getting into Gaza now, than was the case before the war.
Additionally, Khan is calling for arrest warrants outside his jurisdiction.
Then too, he is ignoring the fact that Israel has a free and democratic judiciary of its own, which according to the rules that the ICC is supposed to operate by, would be the court to which any accusation against Netanyahu would be the one to handle accusations.
I have to say that these judges would NOT be inclined to give Netanyahu special consideration. He has tried and failed to limit their authority and judges don't like that.
