This stood, with a few rough spots, until 1171, when it was taken over by the Ayyubid dynasty, an Arab country. This country split up creating many sub counties but eventually became part of the Ottoman Empire in the 14th century. In 1497 the whole area was retroactively given the name Levetan. During Ottoman control, Britain promised the Arabs an independent state, due to an Arab revolt. Britain later promised the jews a state In an effort to win the support of Jewish communities in both Allied countries like the United States, and enemy countries like Austria Hungary. They did through the Balfour Declaration. It states that “His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.” This was signed Nov. 2nd 1917. This was created due to Orders and decrees by Arab institutions and gangs, to overthrow the government, a Major Arab attack on Jews, as well as Fear of Arab invasion and its consequences, as well as a civil war. Yes there was discrimination and threats from the jews themselves living there but never the actual govt. The Arab Higher Committee, the Arab League and other Arab leaders and governments rejected the two state solution on the basis that Arabs formed a two-thirds majority and owned a majority of the lands. At this point, the land had started with Canaan, and they were destroyed. The jews then took it over until they were expelled. The Arabs ended up with it for a bit but then it was taken by the Ottomans. Therefore the claim that ancestrally it belongs to the Arabs is false, they come from arabia. The claim that it is the Canaanites may be true but they don’t exist leaving it to historically belong to the jews. There is no colonialism, just inheritance.
THE RECENT FIGHTING The Arabs view the exodus as the long term goal of the zionists, who wanted to ethnically cleanse the land. During this war Israel took back Gaza, the Sinai peninsula, the Golan heights, and the West bank. In 1973 Israel and its Arab neighbours were unable to reach a compromise over the occupied territories. With negotiations stalled, Egyptian and Syrian forces attacked Israeli forces on October 6, 1973 in the Sinai and the Golan Heights. This happened on the Jews holiest day in the year, as a surprise attack. Nevertheless, Israel managed to defeat the attackers. In 1982 The Lebanese launched a string of attacks leading to the Lebanon War. Beginning on 6 June 1982, when Israel invaded southern Lebanon. The invasion followed a series of attacks and counter-attacks between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) operating in southern Lebanon and the Israeli military that had caused civilian casualties on both sides of the border. In 2006 Hazzbollah raided the border in Lebanon causing a 34-day war between Israel and Hezbollah. Since October 7, more than 1,200 Israelis have been killed. This has led to the Israeli-Hamas war. Before Israel strikes a place they airdrop leaflets telling people to evacuate. It is terrible that all those poor families passed away in Gaza. The thing is though, is that is the only way to get rid of Hamas. During the holocaust between 1.5-3 million German citizens were tragically killed. That is the shame of war. If you live in a country that voted in a proven terrorist organisation to lead you, you are at fault for the outcome. The guilty don’t get a free pass from hiding with the innocent. You don’t get to invade my country, kill, rape, murder, kidnap and ravage and expect to get away with it. The goal of the war is not to kill Gazans, I feel for their families, but that is what happens in war. If Hamas puts down their guns, the war ends, if Israel does, they die. How many times do you want them to have people die and for them to let it go. If Hamas returns the hostages, the war ends. Israel has made mistakes, killing refuge aid, shooting innocents, and they are wrong for it, but just because you do a few bad things doesn’t make your plight invalid. Time and time again we see Israel under attack for just existing. The Arabs have the rest of the middle east but for some reason the Jews can’t have one spot of land. It’s antisemitism. The poor people stuck in Gaza, being controlled by Hamas, It's terrible, but at the end of the day, the only way for this to end is if Hamas is gone. The 12,000 Hamas murderers have been killed, according to the IDF.(Acc. to Hamas only 6,000 [Being that they are terrorists, this should be taken with a grain of salt]) Tragically 30,000 Gazans have been killed. This means that more than 35% percent of those killed have been open terrorists. Not to mention the many that aren't open. This is similar to that of WW2. Of course the citizens who are taking matters into their own hands and are attacking people in the west bank are wrong. Of course they should go to jail and that is something Israel needs to look at, but right now they are busy with retrieving the people stolen from them. You cannot call Hamas freedom fighters if they post videos showing their atrocities, rapings, burning of young children, and as well as the rest of the killings. If you want the war to end, tell Hamas to surrender. In 2005 Gaza was left fully unoccupied by the Israelis and in just 1 year they voted in a terrorist organisation. It’s sad to see but these people are doing it to themselves. This does not mean that they deserve to die but it cannot be said that they have no hand in this. When you teach your kids to hate jews, when you have books like “Mein Kampf '' in school for children with highlighted portions, it doesn’t seem like you want peace. Bring them home and the whole war ends. With slogans saying “from the river to the sea” leaving no room for the Jews to be established. If Israel wanted to, they could kill all people in Gaza within weeks, even if they hide. There are 2 million people in the Gaza strip, it's 365 km² or 140 squaremiles. So the population is as dense as in London, but the Gaza strip has big, empty areas. 600k in Gaza City with 45 km². It's dense like the Bronx in NYC. 180k in Jabalia City 4 km from Gaza City, and it's just 1.4 km². It's so tiny, because most of it is a refugee camp. They are fighting for over 1/2 a year now. If they would fight, like f.e. Russia in Mariupol or Chechnya, there would be nearly a million civilians dead now, and Russia just fought recklessly. So imo the numbers show, Israel tries it's hardest to not harm civilians, and it's sad, that tens of thousands died the last 7 months, but Israel clearly tries it's best, Hamas is to blame for the dead civilians, and most other armies would cause multiple times the casualties, and even then, it wouldn't be a genocide.

My maternal grandfather was an Antiochian Orthodox Christian who left Lebanon right before WWII. Because of that, I have no love lost for either Israelis or Palestinians LOL! The Israelis used the Lebanese Christians for their own purposes and the Palestinians caused a Civil War in Lebanon via Arafat (who was Egyptian with a heavy Egyptian accent), which destabilized the country and allowed Iranian factions such as Hezb'allah to gain foothold. That said, I'd be foolish to not mention that no Arab country wants the Palestinians. None of them. Period. They have a homeland: Jordan. The Jordanians won't allow them. Egypt won't allow them. It was Israel for nearly 2000 years, then in 135 ce it was called Palestine by the Romans, then under the Ottomans 500 years ago it was called the District of Jerusalem, then Balfour being an Etonian latin scholar called it Palestine again in 1917. Its been Israel for 3,800 years.
In the beginning all Caanan had the land, but they were wiped out by the jews, leaving them to be the sole owners. Over time they lost it and got it back but in 123 CE Simon bar Kokhba, a jew living in the land of judea staged a full scale revolt against the Roman occupiers. During this time Judea had the land from the Mediterranean sea (Western border) until the Dead sea(Eastern border). As well as from the top of the Negev desert (Southern border) until Arimathea (Northern border) which bordered Sumaria. After 2 years the jews were beaten and the land was renamed to Syria Palaestina or Roman Palestine. This was later divided into Palaestina Prima in the 4th century. It stayed that way until the Arab Conquest of 634. Renaming it toJund Filastin. After the First Crusades the land was called The Kingdom of Jerusalem. This stood, with a few rough spots, until 1171, when it was taken over by the Ayyubid dynasty, an Arab country. This country split up creating many sub counties but eventually became part of the Ottoman Empire in the 14th century. In 1497 the whole area was retroactively given the name Levetan. During Ottoman control, Britain promised the Arabs an independent state, due to an Arab revolt. Britain later promised the jews a state In an effort to win the support of Jewish communities in both Allied countries like the United States, and enemy countries like Austria Hungary. They did through the Balfour Declaration. It states that “His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.” This was signed Nov. 2nd 1917. In 1937, a 2 state solution was created and rejected by the Arabs. The jews began moving back and in 1948 it was officially made a state. Between ‘47 and ‘49 the Arab Expulsion lasted. This was created due to Orders and decrees by Arab institutions and gangs, to overthrow the government, a Major Arab attack on Jews, as well as Fear of Arab invasion and its consequences, as well as a civil war. Yes there was discrimination and threats from the jews themselves living there but never the actual govt. The Arab Higher Committee, the Arab League and other Arab leaders and governments rejected the two state solution on the basis that Arabs formed a two-thirds majority and owned a majority of the lands. At this point, the land had started with Canaan, and they were destroyed. The jews then took it over until they were expelled. The Arabs ended up with it for a bit but then it was taken by the Ottomans. Therefore the claim that ancestrally it belongs to the Arabs is false, they come from arabia. The claim that it is the Canaanites may be true but they don’t exist leaving it to historically belong to the jews. There is no colonialism, just inheritance.
THE RECENT FIGHTING
The Arabs view the exodus as the long term goal of the zionists, who wanted to ethnically cleanse the land. The Israeli historians document that they were asked if they wanted to stay and live as citizens either because they were unwilling to live with the Jews, or because they expected an Arab military victory which would annihilate the Zionists. They thought they could leave temporarily and return at their leisure. Later the Palestinians were ordered to leave, with radio broadcasts instructing them to quit their homes. This is due to the outstanding threats and promises of war. As a result there were Direct hostile Haganah/IDF operations against Arab settlements. After heavy fighting in 1948 the Arabs were reduced to the Gaza strip where the Israelis could have finished them off but didn’t. That December the west bank also became Arab. This is also the time when Jerusalem was split into the west and the east. In 1956 Israel, Britain, and France attacked the Suez Canal to regain what was taken by the Egyptians. In 1967 due to disputes between Egypt and Israel about trading through the Suez Canal, Egypt closed the Tiran Straits. This led to a Pre=emptive strike, backed by the US, Britain, and others. During this war Israel took back Gaza, the Sinai peninsula, the Golan heights, and the West bank. In 1973 Israel and its Arab neighbours were unable to reach a compromise over the occupied territories. With negotiations stalled, Egyptian and Syrian forces attacked Israeli forces on October 6, 1973 in the Sinai and the Golan Heights. This happened on the Jews holiest day in the year, as a surprise attack. Nevertheless, Israel managed to defeat the attackers. In 1982 The Lebanese launched a string of attacks leading to the Lebanon War. Beginning on 6 June 1982, when Israel invaded southern Lebanon. The invasion followed a series of attacks and counter-attacks between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) operating in southern Lebanon and the Israeli military that had caused civilian casualties on both sides of the border. In 2006 Hazzbollah raided the border in Lebanon causing a 34-day war between Israel and Hezbollah. This was due to the Hezbollah fighters that culminated with the kidnapping of a pair of Israeli soldiers and the killing of eight others. On October 7 2023, Hamas terrorists waged the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust - slaughtering babies, raping women, burning whole families alive, and taking hundreds of innocent civilians hostage. Since October 7, more than 1,200 Israelis have been killed. This has led to the Israeli-Hamas war. Before Israel strikes a place they airdrop leaflets telling people to evacuate. It is a certified war crime to keep bombs and militants in hospitals, and when a country does so it is allowed for the opposition to break in. It is terrible that all those poor families passed away in Gaza. The thing is though, is that is the only way to get rid of Hamas. During the holocaust between 1.5-3 million German citizens were tragically killed. That is the shame of war. If you live in a country that voted in a proven terrorist organisation to lead you, you are at fault for the outcome. The guilty don’t get a free pass from hiding with the innocent. You don’t get to invade my country, kill, rape, murder, kidnap and ravage and expect to get away with it. The goal of the war is not to kill Gazans, I feel for their families, but that is what happens in war. If Hamas puts down their guns, the war ends, if Israel does, they die. How many times do you want them to have people die and for them to let it go. If Hamas returns the hostages, the war ends. Israel has made mistakes, killing refuge aid, shooting innocents, and they are wrong for it, but just because you do a few bad things doesn’t make your plight invalid. Time and time again we see Israel under attack for just existing. The Arabs have the rest of the middle east but for some reason the Jews can’t have one spot of land. It’s antisemitism. The poor people stuck in Gaza, being controlled by Hamas, It's terrible, but at the end of the day, the only way for this to end is if Hamas is gone. The 12,000 Hamas murderers have been killed, according to the IDF.(Acc. to Hamas only 6,000 [Being that they are terrorists, this should be taken with a grain of salt]) Tragically 30,000 Gazans have been killed. This means that more than 35% percent of those killed have been open terrorists. Not to mention the many that aren't open. This is similar to that of WW2. Of course the citizens who are taking matters into their own hands and are attacking people in the west bank are wrong. Of course they should go to jail and that is something Israel needs to look at, but right now they are busy with retrieving the people stolen from them. You cannot call Hamas freedom fighters if they post videos showing their atrocities, rapings, burning of young children, and as well as the rest of the killings. If you want the war to end, tell Hamas to surrender. In 2005 Gaza was left fully unoccupied by the Israelis and in just 1 year they voted in a terrorist organisation. It’s sad to see but these people are doing it to themselves. This does not mean that they deserve to die but it cannot be said that they have no hand in this. When you teach your kids to hate jews, when you have books like “Mein Kampf '' in school for children with highlighted portions, it doesn’t seem like you want peace. Bring them home and the whole war ends. With slogans saying “from the river to the sea” leaving no room for the Jews to be established. The same people who would be beheaded for being gay and walking around immodestly are protesting for those that would kill them. It doesn’t make sense, it can only be one thing that is seen time and time again in history. Baseless hatred. Anti-semitism. Gazan leaders are living it up in Doha rejoicing over October 7th, while Natanyahu responds to an unacceptable killing of refugee aid, saying that it is a grave mistake and they deeply regret the action. If Israel wanted to ethnically cleanse Gaza, it would’ve been done by now. That is not a reasonable suspicion. Hamas needs to bring them home.

There are 2 million people in the Gaza strip, it's 365 km² or 140 squaremiles. So the population is as dense as in London, but the Gaza strip has big, empty areas.
600k in Gaza City with 45 km². It's dense like the Bronx in NYC.
180k in Jabalia City 4 km from Gaza City, and it's just 1.4 km². It's so tiny, because most of it is a refugee camp.
They are fighting for over 1/2 a year now. If they would fight, like f.e. Russia in Mariupol or Chechnya, there would be nearly a million civilians dead now, and Russia just fought recklessly. So imo the numbers show, Israel tries it's hardest to not harm civilians, and it's sad, that tens of thousands died the last 7 months, but Israel clearly tries it's best, Hamas is to blame for the dead civilians, and most other armies would cause multiple times the casualties, and even then, it wouldn't be a genocide.
Israel also has millions of Palestinians living in Israel. It’s the first country who only commits genocide in other countries while keeping their own Palestinian population safe.

That said, I'd be foolish to not mention that no Arab country wants the Palestinians. None of them. Period. They have a homeland: Jordan. The Jordanians won't allow them. Egypt won't allow them. No one will allow them and there are reasons for that.
