She disrespected me when I was trying to be there for her while she was angry. Out of respect, I gave her space until she tried to play victim. I called her up, engaged her about her disrespectful behavior. She justified her actions by saying she asked me not to come close when she's angry. I was stunned, had no option than to go quiet.

I self sabotaged not even realizing what was going on. I wasn’t reading the board. I started becoming someone I wasn’t, and I started losing friends. I couldn’t put my finger on the why.
