@ sounds great because my car started to make a sound as well and I think it’s the PCV valve as well because my car is idling low I am picking up speed weird
Not necessarily, but its my understanding that a stuck valve can cause leaks all over, and burning oil. Its easy to check if pcv is working. Shake it and it should rattle freely. On older type systems that have pcv attached to a tube/hose , you can pull it out with the engine running and feel vacuum on the opening of the valve. Its a cheap part and if you're unsure, 50k to 60k miles might consider changing . Lots of differing opinions on that.
@@ericbleueldoesstuff9152 160k probably a good idea to change it . I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. 3.8 series 3 . I liked your video, thank you very much
Great video. You need to do more. Love the clarity and easy explanation.
Great Video. Bought kit installing today 07 Pontiac Grand Prix
Was your car making a noise as well under the hood and how did it turn out?
@KingSavageNeverGoingBack yes sort of. The kit worked great 👍

Quick ?.... when you put the map sensor back on should it be wiggly? My doesn't sit still for some reason. (The part the plug goes into)
should be snug. check your o-ring
Do you know if it’s in the same location on an ‘04 GTP?
As far as I know, if it is a 3.8 L it is the same. (But I wouldn't swear to it)
I have a 2006 3.5L G6 and was wondering where it's located and can it be replaced?

It’s inside the valve cover and can’t be serviced
If you have a little oil on the filter does it mean you should replace the PC valve?
