This is unironically my trans power anthem. and from the 90s too, whoda guessed it? Got this song in my head from some old compilation CD as a kid and its been stuck in my head ever since
I'm not trans, but it feels like the rabid transphobia you see in the UK now is kinda recent. Like no one gave much of a shit prior to JK Rowling losing her mind over the issue a few years ago.
met terrorvision while working up edinburgh castle one year, had a few beers with them, great band, great people. still got their autographs around somewhere
An excellent goodtime live band, probably perceived as jokey and a bit novelty, but they came up with some pretty damn good tunes. This is ace, and i love the sound barrier guitar ending.
I joke it's a miracle anyone who lived through the 80's came out cishet, but the 90's had it's moments...between this and Placebo it's no wonder I'm not cis. [disclaimer: music won't make you LGBTQ+]
Saw this band when they played the (now shut down RIP) Newcastle Mayfair and they were absolutely amazing-tremondous live band. After 45 minutes bouncing around like a lunatic I was absolutely dead, and I was sore for 3 days after. Absolutely worth the pain though-awesome band with great tunes.
track 2 off the shaving peaches album, i do love terrorvision, the riff is awesome, just a band i know not too many people have heard of around the world.
People should sometimes just stop and take a second to think what it must be like to be born into the wrong body ...saw Terrovision in Southend once ...Great live band...
The original version of Tequila is pretty decent though to be fair, same lyrics but completely different music and more like the Terrorvision people knew before the radio version of it
criminaly underrated band
all hail yorkshire
Hello yes Josephine may I borrow your confidence?

I actually first saw them in 92, they were touring with Def Leppard. What a great show it was
It's absolutely banging, and very forward thinking considering the time it was released. but also CD - got to chuckle.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
