Looks dope and you should be proud of the result. I definitely get a luxury vibe from it and recognize the care and skill of the craftsman, inherent in it's meticulous making. I've always been a fan of the olive leather and brass combo and you represent it well in this version. May your future projects, project an even greater air of luxury. Much respect.
I came here to see what you did with the lining and the entire bag is fantastic! But also. I know what you mean about Buckleguy hardware. They’re sooo good!
I used to watch these videos thinking I can definitely do this. Until I made a few small leather projects. Not easy and especially hard to produce a flawless product.
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
This looks amazing! I really appreciate watching the build process. What are your thoughts on some kind of pocket on the inside to have some quick access to essentials but being in a more secure spot than the outer pocket? Cheers!
Hi Adam, great video and beautiful product! I love your desire to create high end luxurious products!! I was wondering what kind of metal zipper chain you're using to be able to get the pulls head to head? I want to use the same for a leather makeup pouch. Thanks!
Simply amazing...Would really like to have some large heavy duty travel duffels (canvas+leather) 36"x18". Do you make them? Can I order from you? Thank you!!!
Just came across your video and visited your site and you have some very lovely products. Currently I'm constructing a weekend travel bag. It's the most ambitious project I've attempted. I've done mostly minimalist wallets and two tote bags. Everything I do is hand punched an stitched. It's so time consuming. When did you start using A sewing machine? I'm interested in knowing how long it takes you to make something this large. Thanks
Beautiful bag! I’m starting to make bags myself mostly tote bags. Gussets are my enemy as well. Do you have any tips on how you size the circle gusset for your bag?
Hey Man I’ve subscribed. Thank you for sharing this content. I’m looking to get into doing this. To begin with I’m thinking very basic, but I’d love to reach this level of expertise. Any advice for a newby entering into this?
I set the tubular rivet backwards (there isn't necessarily a correct forward or backward, but I wanted it reversed.) the star pattern that the rivet makes once it's set I wanted on the inside but accidentally set it so it was outside
I appreciate the subtitles, but it was jarring when they didn't match the words that I could hear and the way they were popping up and away so quickly was distracting.
You didn't get scammed! We're incredibly backed up due to an overwhelming number of orders. If you haven't received it, you're still in the queue! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
I love the bag... the only deal breaker is your logo on the front and back of the bag... The quality is amazing and for $550 I just don't wan't a whisky glass promently on a bag...
Nice looking. You may want to rethink using wax canvas as lining as during hot weather. the wax can transfer to clothes.
This exactly! No need for the waxed canvas properties on the inside of the bag.

I just got into sewing fabrics to make my own bags, but to see your leatherwork is mesmerizing. Beautiful work!!
Thank you! 😊 Enjoy the journey!
Really nice bag ,rolled handles and piping on the round end will add some as well. really like it overall and really good narration
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow! That's amazing skills you have! Rejoice on that and it's a very beautiful bag!
Haven't finished the video yet but I must say it's a beautiful piece. Well done.
thanks so much!

Really beautiful bag and craftsmanship. May I suggest using waterproof canvas lining instead of waxed canvas.

GREAT JOB! This came out very nicely. With every bag you make, it will get easier and easier for you.
Thanks Odin!! Been following you guys for years!

How do I design something like this??? Obsessed with creating a custom leather high quality/luxury backpack & duffle bag for my clothing brand
You did amazing work on the design and the craftsmanship is A1!!

Cool stuff brother, also plan on trying it out 😭
Do it! It's so rewarding!
Y did u shave the edges with that machine?
Great job !!
Great stuff. Video Editing feedback: I wish you spent a little more time at the beginning of the video showing the finished product.
I'll take that into consideration! Thank you!
Nice dude 👍🏼
What was the mistake you mentioned regarding the tubular and gussets? Is it shown in the video? Didn’t really get that..
I set the tubular rivet backwards (there isn't necessarily a correct forward or backward, but I wanted it reversed.) the star pattern that the rivet makes once it's set I wanted on the inside but accidentally set it so it was outside
@@80ProofGoods Oh ok. thanks for sharing!
Where do you buy duck cloth from.
I got it from Joann’s Fabrics - any craft store should have it
Are you using full grain, top grain or genuine leather?
Full grain 100% of the time.
i want one!
80proofgoods.com/bags/duffle-bags/
is that ordinary double sided tape? or it is specific for leather?
its Tandy Double Sided Adhesive tape, I wouldn't say its specific for leather but it works well for leather
Please make me a digital pattern
Nice :) what are the dimensions on this one?
Approx 20x10x10”
Thanks mate :)
I appreciate the subtitles, but it was jarring when they didn't match the words that I could hear and the way they were popping up and away so quickly was distracting.
thanks for the feedback!
@80ProofGoods the bag is really nice looking!
Капец огромный расход токоноле... С Crazy horse такой трюк не прошел бы 🫣😂
how thick is your bag?
I use 4-4.5 oz leather
Ordered one back in Oct & am still waiting, wife says I got scammed. PLZ prover her wrong!

some cool stylized press into the bag would be amazing
😎👌
Not a fan of all doublesided tape usage.
That’s fine. It serves a purpose and is extremely good at its job.
