- So many of you requested a routine video for how I use my gloss bar. This will definitely be a staple in my routine as weather turns colder. This recipe spells #beastmodemoisture and is great for length retention and growing hair particularly coiled and curly textures.

Henna 7 TBSP
Belle bar Organic cassia gloss 2 TBSP bellebarorganic.com/products/...
Slipery elm 1.5 TBSP
Honey 1 TBSP
Aloe vera 2 TBSP
Coconut oil 7 TBSP
Cocoa butter 4.5 TBSP
Temperatures in the UK are very mild our summer was a literal autumn for most part. Haha if you wish to If you wish to gift this and you live in warm temperatures, where won't be applying to your hair immediately... I would suggest altering the ratio of cocobutter to coconut oil ... 9 coco butter : 2 Shea butter (sub for coconut oil)
It should keep solid at room temperature in most climates for a couple of days otherwise refrigerate. The same is true to the rose gloss. Enjoy

I was going to send you a private message, but I wanted everyone who frequents your channel and those who have just discovered you to see this. Ms. Proverbz, when I tell you my eyes were welling up when I was washing my hair and twisting it up for my protective style ...I am telling the truth. Four weeks ago, I had almost given up on my hair. It was dry, extremely tangly and it looked completely lifeless. I literally hated wash day because I knew I would end up cutting chunks of hair that was tangled and matted. I had gotten fed up and I was close to just shaving my head completely bald. It was at that moment when I decided that I was going to make your oil recipe, start using mud washes and really pay attention to what was going on with my hair. MS. CURLY PROVERBZ! Today (Sunday, Sept 17), I was floored! I had to take a moment in the shower to make sure this was MY hair! When I tell you it was hanging beautifully and my fingers slide through my strands with so much ease! I felt my curls!!! I could feel my curls in areas where I just thought I had none! I couldn't wait to finish so I could look at my hair! OMG it was gorgeous!! I could SEE my curls! Not just in the back of my head where I always saw a pattern, but everywhere!!! I had it twisted for two weeks so I had no idea what was going on. I kept my hair moisturized, I use your oil recipe and left it to flourish and flourish it did! The growth! I'm...I am still sitting here at my desk in disbelief! My twists are thicker, juicier, longer and they move!!! You are a Godsend! You just don't know how you've blessed me. Just wanted to give you a shout out on your fenugreek hair oil sold by Belle Bar Organics, my hair is loving it. I have been using it for 3 weeks now. I go from wash day to way day with moisturized, poppin' curls without having to refresh throughout the week. I wash my hair once a week and I'm a wash and go girl. How I use it is that I massage it in as a pre poo before washing and I seal with it after I apply my leave in and moisturizer. Just a point of reference. Thank you, lady! XOXO!

I'm ready for a challenge! I've been using henna for the last 2 and 1/2 years and the tea, oils and head massage since July and they have completely saved my hair! Before using henna my hair was frizzy when wet and wasn't able to grow too much past my collarbone. After a bad haircut around 2017 New Years I've been able to grow my hair about 7 inches (not to mention 2 trims)! You have done wonder for my hair and a challenge would be amazing!

I have a 24 yr old daughter (special need) with thick hair that hasn't been relaxed in approximately 8 years. I have been looking at your wonderful videos over and over.
There is sooooo much great information...., and I have purchased a lot of the products that you mentioned, but I need help.
There's the tea rinse, the pre-poo, the glosses, the conditioner, the deep-conditioner, the henna application, the defining wash, the growth oil application, the moisturizer application, the massage, etc.
Is it possible for you to do a chart/diagram for newbies like myself to have some guidance?

I love love love what you Do! I've been doing ayurvedic hair treatments for about 6 weeks and I already see a difference in texture and moisture in my hair! Length Also! I was wondering if you can do a full Ayurvedic Regimine video so we can see what you use and when you use it all at once and incorporate it into daily life. Maybe I'm just dense but with so many awesome videos you've put out it can be a little confusing to put them in order as cohesive steps!! I would love a challenge. I just made my first batch of your Fenugreek oil. But consistency is my problem so I think a challenge would help with that. I also made your Whipped butter with henna recipe but mines liquified. I'll try again and next up is the henna tea but I want to get some Shikikai. I think you're doing a great job. Your warmth and sincerity shine through in every video. You are truly appreciated.
WHAAAAT I would LUUUUUV TO SEE are 2-3 routine variations from beginning to end because you have several fab products: Fenugreek hair oil (which I made a crap load of), tea rinse (crap load of that), you have gloss bars, masks and another early oil, and then there are leave-ins, cleansers and styles....AAAARGHHH, I can't keep up. SO, I need to see a staple routine for seasons, perhaps, and then a couple of full routines for using other stuff. By that, I guess I want to know the reason why I would veer from the staple routine and use other stuff.
Videos, For example:
Video- Staple routine from beginning to end for growing hair: clear step by step and times
Video- Routine for remedying shedding hair if there is something different to be done from the staple: step by step and times
Video- Routing for remedying dry hair if there is something different to be done from the staple. Step by step and times
Video- That identifies what are staples and what are add-ons (for lack of a better word)
I just want the video ( I don't care HOW LONG IT IS) to have all steps from beginning to end and perhaps you can have one or two other women doing it along with you with different lengths to show their immediate results.

I've been using the hair growth oil for a month now on myself and my daughter who is almost 2, and both of our hair has grown! I've got about an inch in 3 weeks, and my shrinkage is nowhere near what it used to be. It's super soft, and I barely shed any hair. When I started, I had just put in box braids, and after one week, my new growth was CRAZY! I couldn't keep my braids in after that third week because of how much it had grown out. Thank you so much for putting me on game with this Ayurvedic hair care!

I'm going to try and keep this short as I can be wordy lol! I greatly appreciate the wealth of information you provide on your channel and I would usually create all the recipes on my own as my mother refers to be as the ingredients Queen BUT my time has been cut completely since starting school again full time and running a business full time and I have a 3 year old who just recently started school so the activities are endless!!! I've gotten my mom into your hair care methods (and you have obviously been speaking some life bc it is hard to convince her of anything when it comes to hair hunny) She is always busy running business with my dad and taking care of children so time isn't on her side either, we want to implement your methods of care in our regime and though we are grateful that someone has an all natural, natural hair care channel, with all the information, it has become very overwhelming and gathering all that we need is very difficult to do as we live over an hour and fifteen minutes from any health food stores and a lot of stuff we have to order online. So BASICALLY I need for you to tell me that you sell the oils, gloss bars and teas already complied and ready to go for use and we can just buy it and make our lives so much easier... please??? 😩😩😩😩

I absolutely love all of your content. I enjoy seeing the health of your curls when their saturated because wash day is the most critical for me. I'm really trying to understand how to seal high porosity hair. I want to retain length but the ssks or fairy knots are hindering my growth because I keep snipping away at them. I'd like to see more sealing with protective styling. Esp with the cooler months approaching. However I stay in a usually hot abs humid Texas.
Gentle U don't have to snip every fairy knot off. Try prepooing your hair with coconut oil before you wash overnight with a cap & then make sure you are adding moisture & oils to the ends after a wash. You should see a difference for sure.
I would definitely be interested in participating in the hair growth challenge. I wish Belle Bar would come to Los Angeles for a pop up, I would buy them out. LOL. Already ordered the Coconut oil from Belle Bar only to see now you have Grapeseed, which I like much more. So bummed I didn't know you were doing that version as my hair doesn't love coconut oil. We live in Alaska so it's cold and it can be hard and damaging on her hair.
It gets really dry so the moisturizing videos are like answered prayers.

Oh and yes on the challenge. Would love to. You could create a Facebook private group to interact That way you can have "office hours" where you set a specific time to come in and answer questions vs Individual email responses. Save a ton of time
Great video!!! I would love for you to do a video for people with protein sensitive hair. It would be great if you showed an entire protein free hair regimen, including a hair growth oil, henna gloss, conditioners... everything! ...And all protein free. No castor oil, no keratin, no aminos. That would be so great!!! On a different note, your henna glosses have transformed my hair!!! Thank you!
