      Prices at Amber road are doing so well. The Seaview condo now going at $2500 psf! Freehold!

    SG not much land. Its matter of time whole of SG will be in good demands. As every estate develops into its owntownship. Example Changi north east its developing very fast.The roads are so busy 5times more traffics than went i move here 2yrs ago.
    Every where HDB an Condo. Jungles of buildings. So many migrants everywhere. I see more India indians
    Me being a born Sg indian.We feel outplaced in our own country. Its 😨 😮😅😅😅

      You forget hdb is only 99 years and SG population is not growing exponentially. In 50 years, govt will take back the hdb again and resell. And Sg population is unable to grow exponentially because it is simply impossible to create that many jobs to sustain a high population.
