You should know why agents keep promoting new launch. Your budget of $360k can buy 3br resale. But it’s very limited and may price out very soon. Rental can cover the entire instalment. 🙌🏼

You don’t need to sell HDB but still Need to wait for 5 years before you can buy private.

Currently younger 3DK walkable to Punggol mrt is slightly less than 1.7mil. However your size is slightly bigger so its ok
