Boundaries are not respected or honored by a truely high conflict person. They will always create new issues that are designed to overstep the boundaries and will always provoke.
NARCISSIST WILL ALWAYS BREAK BOUNDARIES THERE IS NO SUCH MEANING TO THEM.
I'm a clinical social worker and Walking on eggshells is no longer a book that we recommend because there is really a negative connotation for people with Borderline Personality Disorder such as manipulative. A good book for client with this disorder is Sometimes I act crazy. It's a very easy to read book.
Thanks. My soon to be ex husband isn't diagnosed but I'm almost sure he's a sociopath. I know he has multiple personality disorders due to what I know about his childhood. Regardless me and my children need to be aware in order to protect ourselves
I think judges need to learn about what npd, and what antisocial personality disorder as well, looks like for a target in day to day life. And how they can be very cool, collected and charming, friendly. Because there is a difference between reading a clinical view of these disorders, especially narcissist personality, and what it looks like for other people on the recieving end of the abuse. Yes it is abuse when they target people. And false allegations are also quite typical for a cluster b personality, particularly narcissists. This is for the sake and safety, and the lives of the child/children. Also, to curb abuse of the court system and the other parent.

Can anyone put me in touch with a lawyer like this in california? My BPD husband is severely high conflict everytime I've tried to leave. To the point where he almost forced me and our children on the street (he controls all our finances, typical NPD/BPD malel) When I reach out for help even from his family (who are also abused in ways by him) he threatens thing like calling immigration on his sisters husband. Its horrible and I want out so bad I can't think of anything else but leaving. I tell him what he wants to hear to bring momentary peace until his next blow up. Its been 12 years and me and our kids can't take it anymore.
Did everything work out?
hight conflict is created by court,judges ,and attorneys,and custody evaluators as the way to generate money in they wallet . is very profit system thinking that high conflict divorce cost average 60k.

Although Parallel parenting, it is also very important that you give age appropriate truth to your child. This will sound like you are criticising the other parent so it is important to state the truth without labelling the other parent. “This is what is going on…” instead of “No that’s a lie…”

If your a father and your divorcing a female narcissist, get ready, your going to lose your house, land, savings, retirement, children and everything you own. You will because she has the power of being the mother with custody. No judge on this planet will make it fair to the father. The house and everything in it is transferred to her via a quick claim deed, your debt is given to the father. The court says you would have paid that bill anyway.
The man is homeless and sees his children 3x a month if the mother allows. If she says the kids hate you and don't want to go, your out as the father. Remember, she is a narcissist and hates the father, more than loving her kids. This happens all the time. 800,000 children are alienated from the father in the usa today. This is the risk you take getting married and having children. Go ahead and spend $50,000 to fight in court, but it's rare that you will win. A female judge will be even harder on the father. A young man thinking about getting married should be educated on divorce. Most guys think they are getting married for unlimited sex. Actually, they will be cut off in 5 years. Homeless in 7 years.
A bit extreme, most divorces happen without lawyers. Your situation does happen, and judges don't stop it, so it's a huge risk for people getting married. You're hoping your spouse won't choose the crazy route, because if they do, you're dead.
This is irrelevant. A judge has absolute judicial immunity. Judges tend to believe the narcissist, because they have manipulated the entire case, and project all of their failings onto the other person. Your best bet is simply defending your own position, simply deny the accusations, and see what happens.

Calling 50 times is a side effect of perseveration it causes me to ask the same question non stop tell It stops usually 20 minutes but could be as long as 2 hours it stops when they answer and talk for 2 minutes nicely it takes a caregiver and a couple nice words it's a side effect
You can tell this is catered to who’s losing

I have traumatic brain injury and uncontrolled epilepsy that's a know side effect of brain damage I was completly reliant on my wife for aid and support I can't drive or work and she left without trying to talk to me or work things out in any way I asked her for months to go to the neurologist and couples counseling I'm really trying to get better but I don't realize my mood is gonna change and now I was thrown out of my home completly broke living with real abuse he tried to stab me and yells all the time belittled me aka my dad I needed her help because I'm disabled and she avoided me we had good times we just bought a house together and were making plans for kids I can't help it I need her help and emotional support I'm not suposed to drive or exert myself and I have to drive to every doctor's appointment alone and move to our new house alone with no help I just needed love emotional support and compassion she could ask how I'm feeling today instead of wanting us to go do something like hike 15 miles instead of getting mad when I can't or understand that I try to do things when I feel good in low stress environments what did I do that was so wrong she married me knowing I was sick
