I am a sugar patient i believe in any fruit God has allowed you to eat can never harm you, I eat all the sweetest fruits you can have but my sugar levels are in control its the other diets not fruits its my believe in Allah he is the best planner.

I am diabetic patient since 1985 and at the age of 79 . I eat 3 dates daily ( 1 by 1 in different times of the day) , Alhamdolillah I am going perfectly well without any complication . Alhamdolillah. Glycemic index of date is much lower than that of wheat flour, and rice . Of course I am taking medicines as my doctor’s advice. Insulin too .
