The ideal distance between batteries and solar panels is 20 - 30 ft. the lesser the distance, the better the output. When the cables are thin and long, there is a high amount of energy loss by the resistance of flow from the conductor. However, a thicker and shorter cable minimizes energy loss amidst transmission.

12V, 26Ah can hold 312 Wh of electricity. So, for your 50W solar panel, you need 312 Wh/50W = 6.24 hours of “full sun” - meaning conditions that allow your solar panel to produce it’s rated power.
How much sun you actually get per day depends on many factors, including your location on the planet, weather, time of year, the orientation of the solar panel, temperature, etc.
In general, you can expect to get the equivalent of anywhere from 2-6 “full sun” hours per day depending on all those factors. So, you could potentially full charge the battery in a day, on the absolute perfect day. Or it could take 3-4 days (or more if the weather is really bad). It all depends on those factors above, many of which are changing all the time (e.g. weather).

Inverter (Dc to Ac converter) is connected from charging control output , so that battery is controlled by charging unit and battery cut off when it's low .

Tv won't work with 12 volt dc , it need 28 watts to work .
