If it is nursing home are we gonna have 8 or 10 clients.
And will they train us before start working
All the information about the facility, including training is provided in the shift details before booking the shift.
No they will not train you...they expect you to already know how to do the job. They will only give you your assignment and show you around the floor/unit. The rest is up to you. If you are a CNA they will show you were they keep the supplies and they will show you the patients you have and what their needs are. The rest is up to you to figure out. Don't start off doing agency unless you have experience because no one is going to hold your hand once you arrive there they expect you to know what to do. With that said, do not sign up with clipboard they are quick to suspend people account. They will suspend you account if they think you call out to much...they will suspend your account for any reason. You will wake up one morning to find your account suspended and all the shifts you signed up for GONE and deleted for a reason they make up.
You will have as many or as little clients depending on the staffing that day for your particular shift. I have worked with CBH facilites where we were staffed pretty well and only had 5 patients then I have worked many shifts where it was only me and one other person and I have 25-30 patients. Basically two hallways by myself. So how many patients you have will depend on how many people show up to work that day with you. If people call out just know that the facility will add on to your work load to make up for the people that called out.

When can I start
Dont start with clipboard they will suspend you for no reason... Other people complain about the pay and them not paying you. However, with me I have never had a problem with pay with Clipboard. Clipboard has always paid me on time. My problem with them is that they suspend you and are very quick to suspend you and block you out of your account. If you want stability I would suggest staying away from clipboard.
