Nicki have noticed the plumbing in Thailand the pipes kind of bend and if you use toilet paper they bend nick there is a solution that cost a £5 you pour it down the drains once a month
Nick I make home made burgers at home I use Thai basil ground beef Thai chilly paprika onion garlic coriander bread crumbs egg to bind they come out lovely grass feed beef that burger looks yummy mate thanks for a great vlog about £6.85 bargain

you should run the case by a UK doctor and figure out the best route to take. keep in mind some thai hospitals recommend expensive surgeries that might be completely uncalled for. a buddy consulted with a US neurosurgeon after a thai hospital told him he needed a very expensive, complex spine bone surgery. the US doc said absolutely no reason to do surgery. that burger looks good.

Get an MRI of your lumbar spine mate see what condition the lower discs are which prob causing you grief..

You are lucky being able to walk upright with a bad back, when mine goes I'm walking around bent over like I've shit meself for 2 days.
It's the tail not really the back. Weird weird pains. Hard to stand up and sit down. Lying flat is comfortable.
