How to create expression based Properties in ARCHICAD, to calculate the gradient slope of Beams. As a percentage and as a Ratio, using trigonometry from existing data in the Beam.
Thanks John, it's not the advanced Excel you do, but I hope a regular person can do some basic trig to get what they need directly in Archicad. And yeah, hearing "trig" can be off-putting...
interesting...i think i'll try & use them for basic feasibility project calculations like landscape to site ratio, carpark numbers per GFA, site coverage calcs... was always wondering if there was a way you could do basic excel functions in ArchiCAD...now i do, thank you.
