Archicad Tip - Use Expressions to Convert Units

Following on from some previous videos, use Property based Expressions in Archicad to convert model based data.
Here I show how to use Expressions to convert units, if you need to show, for example, both Metric and Imperial in the same Schedule, or together in a Label.

Great tutorial, concise and helpful. I was trying to use 'expression' to work out site coverage from zone automatically, i.e. building footprint / site area. I realize my failure probably was due to the properties were from different elements (building zone & site zone). Is there a way to work around this to get the coverage? Please advise. Thanks.
