Get lost in a book all day. Life is too short. Don't let someone who isn't worthy of your love anymore break down your self confidence and self worth. You are important and strong and brave, and you WILL get through this without them. And if you don't feel quite strong enough to love yourself yet, that's okay. You are one step closer all the time, and I am so proud of you.
