I have a question I hope someone can answer. In the minute 12:37 he say "if you're a black belt you can do this" and he twist his partner knee in a kind of dog fight position, but is it illegal for other belts, if so, why?

I think he was just referring to the more "complex" body movement. There's no ruleset where that move would be illegal.

your playstation position is very sloppy, hands too far apart, also eyes should be facing up to the tv, this is more a Nintendo Switch position, with your eyes pointed at the mat\switch
