I read her autobiography and have listened to her for a littleover a decade. Frankly I am not a great fan of her voice. I have heard her sing some non-classical music and enjoyed that more than her classical efforts. But she seems a nice, likeable person.

People who have worked with her told me she’s pretty rude and doesn’t even allow people to look her in the eye.
