@Fractal Chaos i don't want to buy used doubles. also, don't tell me to find another hobby. i'm a musician. i like music. i also play 5 other instruments, so yeah, i'm not giving up on drums either
Great job!!!...I remember this song as a teenager, my mom had passed away not to long before this song came out and i was playing sports and just being me. It helped me to vent so many time, kinda weird how a song so hardcore can calm a person. Just remember, just because music sounds a certain way doesn't mean it's meant for a certain type of person.
Bro I played this song for my 6th grade radio project.. and love this song till this day. You played it excellently and stimulated my nostalgia receptors!!! Thank you
I played bass guitar in a band where the drummer had an electronic set like this. It was great. He played well. It sounded good. We didn't have to blast our amps to practice. I was able to use a small practice amp for our practices. It was great.
Beautiful timing, amazing pedal work, and it seems very comfortable and effortless. Great work. I don't think people understand how difficult it is to pull this off. Bravo!!!! Kudos to you my friend. Keep uploading videos. This is a pleasure to watch.
Dude this’s flawless…also I thought wait and bleed is easier than this, a lot of technical stuff going on there…I used to listen to slipknot almost 17 years ago, never tired of this song.
Woah, nice drumming my guy. I know I'm on my business account but I just had to comment. Just, incredible. You make it so easy to see a straight forward technique that I'll definitley be incorporating into my drumming.
Man! What a surprise diamond in the rough. I really hope you get to see all of the love you’ve received on the last two videos recently. And I hope you’re still jamming away. 👍
@@bigcheese7455 Depends if you're learning it as a beginner or if you already play a bit! As a beginner to get to this level will take a while but you could probably do it in a year or two if you're quite dedicated. If you're already pretty good it would probably take a good few hours/days to learn. Or you could be like that guy on drumeo who learned Enter Sandman after one listen!
Such good use of your Roland kit with so few cymbals that impresses me a lot since Slipknot is known for just having a massive drum kit I give a major thumbs up for your dedication to the craft and your accuracy is really good especially for for a average sized drum kit lots of love here wish the best for your practicing
You got skills man, makes me miss the good old days playing myself. Friendly advice, clean your area a bit, turn the kit around, put the camera facing you. Great job man
Coming from another big guy who’s been playing for 20yrs, I’m absolutely impressed with your fills on this cover! Channeling your inner Nicholas Barker I see. Skinny guys just don’t have enough ass on the throne to project power like this kid does! Fucking ay! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
I clicked cause I wanted to know how an electric kit would sound...but you're playing blew me away. Great technique, speed and I have played those kits before so I can appreciate how great you make them sound. Keep up the amazing drumming!

lol i get the fat joke XD
*definition of an underhanded compliment*
"That dress makes you look less fat"
Proves that you don't need a fancy kit with everything on it to play what you love. Awesome job man !
that has a double bass pedal which is pricey
@Fractal Chaos i don't want to buy used doubles. also, don't tell me to find another hobby. i'm a musician. i like music. i also play 5 other instruments, so yeah, i'm not giving up on drums either
@Fractal Chaos i'm not complaining... i don't wanna buy doubles
@Fractal Chaos because i want them. but they're expensive
@Fractal Chaos i do want to buy one, but i don't want to buy one because they're pricey
I feel bad, I didn't expect such a fucking solid cover from the thumbnail. Dude has some skill and precision
This guy is a beast
And yet again the algorithm has brought me another gem. Great performance. Get this man a better roland kit.
I know right? This is pretty awesome.
I can confirm this comment
Time to start a go fund me for this guy.
I'm 100% for it!
Let's get this guy a new badass kit to go with his skill level!
I'm in for a $20 bill.
Whose with me?

With all those mesh tops that’s probably $2,000 worth of drums.
This cover was waaaaaaaay much better than I excepted. Good job dude!
Holy shit, I can't believe I just witnessed such a great quality cover with one of the Roland's cheapest Vdrums.
I used to play some gigs with that same kit lol
Gigs with an e-kit? Now that's lame.
@@ronin4902 You buyin the acoustic kit, and the cases to transport it to gigs?

Great job man. You made it look simple. We all know Joey never played simple. Great homage to one of metals greatest drummers. RIP JJ 🤘🏻

Seemingly effortless.

He’s so badass that he scared the walls into cracking
He's so badass the wall started to headbang to the drums

That's some awesome drum work there, especially with the double kicker. I want to hear more and more!
At first when I seen it was electric I'm like "it's not gonna sound good."...5 seconds in couldn't stop listening.....good job man

Well, it kicked ass. Nice work!
Rarely do I watch these video's and find myself subscribing and liking. Nice job man.
Looking like a young Nicholas Barker…great cover bro Joey would be proud 🥲
Massive respect for mentioning nick barker...been a fan of his since he was in cradle of filth, so I tip my hat to you!!!
To make an electric kit sound that good on a slipknot track...bro. You're my hero
Best electric drum cover i seen ever
