This child is so adorable. The mom is really attentive to him and his vocabulary is remarkable for a child with hearing loss. His intelligence is unbelievable beyond his age. What I am wondering is do they know what caused his hearing loss and vision issue? Wondering if it was prematurity , genetics or unknown or possible a private matter and thats ok if they dont want to share. Im new to this channel so dont assinate me for questioning

Ummmm he's got a better vocabulary than most hearing children of his age. I work in child protection and I can assure you Cooper is much more advanced than some of the kids I see. Have you ever heard the phrase " if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all" try that and throw in some empathy while you're at it. How would you feel if some random stranger said that about your child?
