Today was the pickup day of this MY22,5 V90 Recharge T6 Inscription in Scandinavian Pro Edition. Mark that from MY23 oduction it's called V90 Recharge Bright Ultimate.
Bright for the trim level that equals Inscription
Ultimate for equipment level.
Since this is the MY22 Late production it has the bigger battery. In some markets it's called the Extended Range. To separate it from early production MY22 with the smaller battery. So here's the 3layer 18,8kWh Battery 🔋

Really curios for the next video. Ordered my t6 as well last week. Unfortunately it will arrive in May 2023 ( sadge the delivery dates of a new car these days...). I found that the extra price from the t6 to the t8 is not worth so i put the money into the air suspension and the b&w sound system. The V90 felt so good for the short drive test i did on Belgium twisty roads: relaxed, quiet, and a very comfortable driving position. And fory 1.96m height it was a no brainer compared to the 530e and e class. Volvo felt the most spacious of all 3, not to mention the other downsides the german had for me at least: merc trunk was the 2 stairs one, not suitable for a dog in the boot; bmw simply made my knees hurt after 30 mins driving - there is not enough space for tall people, and the electric range is only around 45-50kms.
Congrats with your new order. Totally understand your reasoning regarding T6 vs T8. Would probably do the same. But as a presscar I wish the importer could also order a T8. They got both V60, XC60 and this V90 with the T6.. That's the only thing. Air suspension and Bowers are much more important for me. Especially from a owners perspective. Loved both in my previous S90.
@@volvo_kristian it's madness even with the press/ test drive cars. The v90 i took for a spin was the car of the dealer manager. And they had another one in showroom for display purposes only. Their numbers are really short due to crysis in just about everything these days unfortunately.

Lovely car. I’m picking up a 2021 V90 r-design on Wednesday. Love the car but I’m so worried about this Google system! So many bad reviews. Can you turn lane assist off permanently? I hate that feature!
Yeah it's a awesome wagon. Why are you worried? It's just the MY22 and newer that has the Android infotainment. And yes you can turn off the lane keeping aid regardless Sensus or Android.
@@volvo_kristian hey. It’s also the late 2021 that has it. I have test drove it and it does have the Google system, and also no drive modes..Come on Volvo!
@@Mick19822 I'm sorry, but that doesn't make sense.. Unless I'm a totally mistaken.. And I think/know I'm 99.9% sure 🤣 It's just MY22 with Android for the V90/S90.. Do you have any pictures you can send me on Instagram of this weird one. Can I also ask what market your in? Plus engine it was? Drive modes are removed only for the Cross Country variants with Android. So this doesn't make sense, at least not in my head 🤣
@@volvo_kristian hey. My 2022 was released in the last quarter in 2021 the UK. And other places I believe. I have ordered the B4 diesel. Only one I can afford I’m afraid. It did feel a bit sluggish on the test drive. But I have Volvo installing the Polestar tune, so sure will help. I hope 😁 Drive modes are removed from all except top model here in uk. Confirmed by my dealer. They also have a late 21 inscription model in the showroom. Google system and no drive mode. I feel Volvo are taking a step back, as do many others 😬
@@Mick19822 Now I understand. You are mixing up slightly. Volvo always releases a new modelyear, in the year before. So around week 19 each year they start the next modelyear. Like now. It's year 2022, but Volvo are already started producing MY23. So when you said it's a 2021 V90 with Android, it's actually a MY22. As I said, since it has Android. Even if it's delivered in 2021. Correct about Drive modes if it's B4 diesel 👍
