- Now I didnt expect much on our offer, and frankly didnt really care. After all its free money. We sent our metal detecting finds in to cash for gold and they tried to pull a fast one on us! The conclusion is in the end of the video.
Thank you very much for sharing this information with us. Businesses like that think we all fell off the turnip truck !!! How they are still in business, lying to people, is beyond me :)
Yeah I didnt want to make a video bashing anyone but I was still caught up in the moment when I recorded it. It wasnt the offer, it was the blatant lie that made me do it.
I use Midwest refinerys. They pay close to spot. Seem very honest.

If I can get 40 percent spot weight I consider that a rip off, however it’s about the best you can do. But these people are ridiculous. I have a local gold and silver shop I trade with, and they’re pretty fair. Plus it’s a face to face relationship. Which tends to work a lot better.

We have a walk in cash 4 gold here and the guy that runs it doesn't have 1 good review. They offer 30 percent of what our coin store gives for gold or silver. RIP off and lies for sure

Pawn shops here usually offer 75-80% of current metal prices. Top quality gold jewelry can bring in closer to jewelry prices.

I did accept the 250. I probably still could have gotten a little bit more but in the end it was free money.
Well it’s not free because you had to buy all of your equipment detectors and pinpoints finds bag your time and gas to get to the places that you detect no these people are ripping off the public. I have sold some my finds and I think the guy gave pretty good deal once I told how know what I had when I told I use the scales and acid test.
