@@jonjonulep I recently actually found out how to properly prepare matcha because I would use 1 gram per a whole cup (like an actual mug) of water. I’ve bought a Chatsen, haven’t used it yet, but the day before I used very little water per gram and it didn’t dissolve since I didn’t have a Chatsen but I found it to be very very overpowering and needed much more water. Am I just not used to the taste ? Or was it just not mixed well

I looked closely at her measurements, and it seems like you’ll need 1/4 C water and 1 tsp matcha powder
ratio is usually 50-60ml of water to every gram of matcha. You can lessen the water if you want a thicker matcha or a more intense matcha flavor.
