What she didn't show you is that they also add a sweetener like vanilla extract or vanilla syrup. Just unsweetened milk and bitter tasting matcha isn't gonna taste good.
its tricky some matcha powder you can add straight to milks, some powders you should add hot water first so it ]mixes better then add it to cold ingredients. all depends on the powder, its easy drink overall. hope you don'tget into trouble girl!
I NOW know NOT to buy Matcha from Starbucks. Just make it yourself and get a GOOD QUALITY matcha (SUNPOTION MATCHA) and add Crown Vanilla Maple Syrup instead of all the sugar they use at Starbucks. And add you some organic heavy cream and mix in more vanilla maple....UMMMMMGOOD!
She just made them lose my business 😂😂.. lawd then the milk was non perishable (I have that as well) but I can do better than that wow.. that’s the almond milk I’ve been getting smh
@@theloserest7300 Good Morning. Yes Starbucks Matcha has over 30grams of sugar already added to the matcha. Its premixed already. So its good just to add your own natural sweetner - Monk Fruit, Maple, Honey, whatever you like. Have a great Tuesday!

@@miguelgutierrez4900 yes! The matcha powder they sell has sugar in the ingredients as stated in the packaging. In alternative for sugar you can add a syrup
1/2 cup water to 1/2 cup of brown sugar and cook until dissolved, buy the oat milk at the grocery store. I just got all my stuff in today and made me a drink already. I needed this energy. And a little chai

@@tyrese5089 ,to make the iced Matcha Tea Latte from Starbucks to not taste grass, here’s a little tip for you if you’re trying to make it not taste like grass. When I order one from Starbucks, I get it with almond milk instead of the regular milk that it’s made with , I also ask for sugar-free vanilla syrup to add to it. Also when I order one, I mix the drink a little bit at the bottom because the sugar-free syrup could be stuck at the bottom of the cup. I hope this helps.
You know that matcha is low quality when they have to use that much. I get mine ordered from Japan, it's a tiny tiny jar but super super potent and expensive, a little goes a long way.
