    I am a student and watching you for a long time.
    love you sir, but I want to tell you that pl don't put these type of thumbnails and these type of titles it makes you look like a vloger. Your vedios are so much informative and not like others but these thumbnails and titles make your vedios a less effective. Solution: pl start using your old "Summer Bulk no=" and old simple thumbnails.
    I also want to add somthing more today that using the number of days in titles describe your dedication towards fittness and to your subscribers. And also it motivates us, because those big numbers create a huge impact on ourselves and we start questioning ourselves that "If this man can do it then why not you?" So it complete your aim to make your subscribers fit and healthy.

    Shivam Bhaiya 5-6 months pehle chalti bus se gir gaya tha. Wrist me chot lagi thi(Haath ulti taraf ho gaya tha). Time ke sath darn chala gaya tha per excercise jaab karta hoon tab irritation hoti hai. And uske next din fir se dard hota hai. 2-3 din tak dard rehta hai. And ghar ke garden me mitti kaat ne ke aujaar se mitti kaat ne ke baad bhi wohi jagah dard hota hai. Na excercise kar pa raha hoon na ghrar ka kaam. Kya bina doctor dikhaye thik ho sakta hai. Pehle kuch karron o ki wajah se doctor dikhaya tha to doctor ne bola "Dard jab hota hai to excercise maat karo. Koi jaroorat nrhi karne ki excercise." Kya karu batao pls bhaiya.

    I take 100g of sprouts with dahi everyday in order to fulfill my protein intake, as I am a vegetarian.
