Thanks for this tutorial. Was a big help doing mine. Can confirm the process is basically the same for a 2006 with a ASC680. Was a bit tight getting the connections into the computer though.
It looks really good - what are the steps if you just want to remove the air ride controller? Just unplugging everything, and the car will auto-adjust to its normal height?
Unplug the aftermarket controller and re-plug the factory connectors back in the factory computer yes. I can also leave the controller in and set it to "NO" in which case it doesn't do anything and defaults back to the factory height.
Took me a while to figure it out and i bought three different harnesses to figure it out. But i also have a 97 so ASE662 with a H-076 harness should work for you!

I have the ase664 in my 97 majesta and can't for the life of me figure out how to get it in special mode to go to super low 😭😭😭
How do you set it to NO?
Do you know what option works for the ls430 when your barely plug it in ?
I have a 97 century and want to do this to mine...do u have link fornthe controller and harness?
It's all in the description. Bought the harness from rhdjapan.com and the unit from eBay.
How do you tell which controller and harness you need? Just got a 1997 century

@jaimiestroomer1107 afair (read some manuals) 1997 till 2005 uses the same controller and harness.
Do you have a link for this controller?
Mind me asking what number you drive it on?
I drive majesta on "no". Which is stock height.
I ride on "no", or 4433 when on a slick road with no potholes.
Do you have an email I can contact you at about my century?
This is sick. Don't drive it this way in Montréal
I don't intend to... Wayyy too many potholes! Thanks for the support!
