I also love it 1000 times more than photoshop for illustration purposes, it's definitely worthy its price although I bought it during some discount period because I'm a broke student lol. Seriously, I recommended this software to so many people it's ridiculous. They should pay me to do that at this point xD

I discovered a way to fill much easier (for vector lineart at least) Basically just go to your fill bucket tool and select “enclose and fill”. Now you can just circle your lineart and it will fill the whole thing! Good for base coloring

This is my first time watching your video, cause I am actually preparing myself to make a YT channel. I was researching animation programs and clip studio was the first thing I saw. I've heard of clip studio, but never used it. I got interested and wanted to watch a tutorial of animation on clip studio. You're the first person that popped up in my research, and immediately my motivation kicked in. Your cat character on the bottom right corner, inspired me to animated my character like that. Like, she's animated, but cuts to a different animation by the way you are expressing your sentence. Thank you so much for this video. I've always struggled with vector lines when trying to animate and whenever I tried the color with the bucket tool it wouldn't let me. And I couldn't figure out why. Now this helps solved the problem. Hopefully now when I animate again I can fix that.

I've been working on CSP EX for quite a while now and it's super nice, but sometimes I get a little anxious when it comes to animation, so it gives me a little bit of reassurance knowing I'm on the same page. 16:04 I once had to work on a project and other method I recommend for this is clipping an animation folder or clipping a regular folder for illumination effects, just in case anyone wants to keep the base colors folder intact. Awesome tutorial, I love it.

Same! This is an easy to understand and calm tutorial. Others I’ve seen feel overwhelming.
Once you have a project working it can push you to learn it lol. That is usually what I do to get myself to learn a program.
Once you animate using the vector layers, you can't use any other software. It's absolutely amazing.

I had to make an animation for a class that was due tomorrow and had no animating knowledge and my only bet was clip studio since i had it downloaded to make drawings. I couldnt figure out how to make the animations until i found this. I got the animation done just in time!

Thank you so much for this video. I've always struggled with vector lines when trying to animate and whenever I tried the color with the bucket tool it wouldn't let me. And I couldn't figure out why. Now this helps solved the problem. Hopefully now when I animate again I can fix that.

An updated "how to animate on clip studio" video! I have clip studio and I've tried the animation aspect but I never got a grasp on how to use it well.
So I made that comment during the video and when you said how to export the animation I started yelling "yes!" I really wanted to know how to do that and you did just that!

I've been working on CSP EX for quite a while now and it's super nice, but sometimes I get a little anxious when it comes to animation, so it gives me a little bit of reassurance knowing I'm on the same page.
16:04 I once had to work on a project and other method I recommend for this is clipping an animation folder or clipping a regular folder for illumination effects, just in case anyone wants to keep the base colors folder intact.
