    Can i ask...WHERE do I fo..for help these days... I injured my knee...badly....borrowed crutches..four days later...went to a walk in medical centre....but was seen by a nurse practitioner...who had a quick look..quick feel...knee x ray... Which i kinda knew wouldnt show up anything...and..that was it...a week later..my ankle.. outside and inside..began bruising badly....slight swelling....tender.. specially at the back of ankle ehere achilles is.....
    Really at a loss of what to do with myself......any advice ? Please.......

    I have a Football game in two weeks and sufferd a high ankle sprain a week ago. Do you think I will be able to play in two weeks and takimg all the right measures in the mean time. I improve daily…

      @@LanceJ. there’s no way he had a high ankle sprain before the game, you physically cannot run like that on a high ankle sprain without breaking your leg.
      I would believe he got a high ankle sprain after running on a normal sprain all game.

      @@xivyv8038 We’ve seen football players play on torn ACLs (Philip Rivers), so I don’t see why this would be so impossible considering he was probably on the best pain killers available.

      @@LanceJ. misdiagnosed or it wasn’t severe. I would know I have a high ankle sprain and I couldn’t even move it for the first few days. It’s been about over month now and I still can’t really walk without a boot, it should heal within the next month but the thought of running on this injury is just insane.

      you start immediately with non weight bearing exercises

      @Raja Dam bar gaya kya stay off it with crutches and do non weight bearing exercises and doing in water can help better for 3 weeks and start semi weight bearing
