Yo. I appreciate you. Mahalo!
I just started feeling pain in this nerve recently and im so happy i decided to look it up and research this cause seriously this really helped me man genuinely thank you so much! Much love brother
“And you should go back to the normal pain you’re feeling” That’s such a sad thing to think about.
Thank you
I've had a torticollis for over a month that has evolved to the traps, shoulder and thumb area. I get a reflecting pain coming from the shoulder area to the tricep, forearm and the tingling on my left thumb (always there can't quite feel it). I've had 4 massages and although it helped with the pain it eventually comes back in the same area in two or 3 days. Other than that I have also been doing Voltaren and hot water 2hrs a day before sleeping and when I wake up the pain is much less intense, but the tingling remains. I am considering doing accupunture as I'm not sure what to do next. Any suggestions?
acupuncture great for nerve. check rib joints. If you put pressure on rob joint for sustained amount of time often reproduces symptoms. if so soft tissue work and rib adjustments will help
These stretches are very good, definitely helps me personally. This guy however seems to be enjoying them much more than I do
he enjoys being healthy
ngl these stretches are very good, i've started doing them consistently. That aside, the guy looks like he's having a tonne of fun 😆
That is exactly how I sleep and wake up with numbness and tingling every through the night. Now any pinching or gripping for longer than a minute and I go numb.
OMG Shayne, so many times you suggested me those stretching exercises , My neck-shoulder pain improved a lot with only one try. Thanks
Great video thank you
back of shoulder stretch is something new and very effective, thanks also buddy looks like he's being held hostage, let him go
sounds like disneys frozen plot “let him go, let him go”
You guys are the real deal
Thank you Super Nick!
I have this exact problem in both arms, EXACT like it is the same "wing" and same "feather" in BOTH arms. I can't shake it.
I can wear any shoes with custom orthotics.I send orthotics to fix at 3 times and i can wear shoes! My heel is up.I hate it.I need real feeling of the back with orthotics but i have it after fixes! In every shoe i put my custom orthotics and my heel is up again and again.I have scolioscis and overpronation.ut other people wear shoes with orthotics and its ok for them. Why i have problem in every shoes.Only me!!!
Shoes need to have an insole you can remove. Running shoes are the easiest, there are special orthotics made for dress shoes and such. Sometimes people can get shoes made with the custom orthotic built in. sorry to hear about all the misfortune with your orthotics
I have numbness on the tip of my right hand thumb only so you know any methods on how to fix it no pain or anything just really annoying and happened randomly while I was sitting down last night kinda scared it has gone away
so has it gone away? sounds like median nerve flossing might be the best and really emphasize on thumb stretch
Did it go away
That dude must love his job
💀
Totally
Amazing!

Read McGill. This exercise IS horrible
it all depends on how you are using it and what it is for.
I have oain right side between chest and mid back. I get chiro adjustments but doesn't do anything. It feels kike someone is grabbing the area snd I have a very hard time breathing through my nose
Do you have a curve in your spine? how is your rotation in mid back and flexion (slumping forward)- restricted or painful?
I have a Football game in two weeks and sufferd a high ankle sprain a week ago. Do you think I will be able to play in two weeks and takimg all the right measures in the mean time. I improve daily…
unfortunately i don’t believe you will heal in time
@@4dochockey7 Pat Mahomes has entered the chat
@@LanceJ. there’s no way he had a high ankle sprain before the game, you physically cannot run like that on a high ankle sprain without breaking your leg. I would believe he got a high ankle sprain after running on a normal sprain all game.
@@xivyv8038 We’ve seen football players play on torn ACLs (Philip Rivers), so I don’t see why this would be so impossible considering he was probably on the best pain killers available.
@@LanceJ. misdiagnosed or it wasn’t severe. I would know I have a high ankle sprain and I couldn’t even move it for the first few days. It’s been about over month now and I still can’t really walk without a boot, it should heal within the next month but the thought of running on this injury is just insane.
I can feel it in my fingers, thanks. I been getting the arching and tingling pain
I can feel it in my fingers, thanks. I been getting the arching and tingling pain
I've been advised that my neck is causing my right shoulder blade to be tight and uncomfortable most of the time. Physio has given me median glide and levator scap strecth to do ...is this correct?
i don’t know enough about your case to make a diagnosis and treatment advice
I would have examine you first to know where symptoms are coming from
He's cute, with long fingers. Whose ever his partner is lucky
Hmmm. That does nott resemble any L4-L5 I learned in training. Is this modified or altered for some reason?
Agreed. I’m a Certified ELDOA practitioner and there seem to be a lot of elements of the posture that are altered or missing.
@@jenniferarmstrong4006can you please show us
Can it be cured
yes it can. However, it does take longer as it is a nerve problem and may need some hands on manual nerve release treatment as well. It all depends on diagnosis and relatie sites of nerve entrapment, so we encourage you to contact your healthcare practitioner. thank you for the question
Super
glad you like it

when start physio
you start immediately with non weight bearing exercises
@Raja Dam bar gaya kya stay off it with crutches and do non weight bearing exercises and doing in water can help better for 3 weeks and start semi weight bearing
Thank you. This movement really calmed the pain down especially as found it often flared up when trying to sleep. The other movements I found on UA-cam focus on stretching but your way to shorten the nerve first was a surprisingly comfortable position to hold before the stretch. Great advice and clip
Thank you. glad it helped
I agree! Very helpful vid. It really clicked when he showed the shortened nerve. Which is how I sleep
I have been going through plantar fasciitis pain off and on for 5 years and I`ve mainly tried out almost everything. After discovering this plantar fasciitis treatment guide. I was able to get rid of the pain within a week. It`s been three months ever since I get the relief and up to now, the pain sensation did not come back.. I think Google is the best way to find this tip. It calls Jacob Ballοycut With thanks
When people use this as an excuse for their worm push-ups
It`s been 10 years ever since I suffered from plantar fasciitis. I felt hopeless about curing my disorder. I was in fact wrong about that since I discovered and tried out this plantar fasciitis remedy 3 weeks ago. The soreness is now entirely gone. I am still in disbelief. I’m also pleased for the fact that I was able to cut back more than 100usd on acupuncture. You can find this guide on Google. They call it Jacob Ballοycut Good luck
Thanks I have displaced L5 S1 would this help to replace back

great glad we could help
Perfect thanks
Can u recreate this video and actually do the whole routine, two sets of 6? That way we could just hit play and follow along. Would be aoooo much more helpful. Need a coach to talk and push us through these painful exercises with perfect alignment each and every time. So time consuming to start and stop the video to do this.
You’ve got over 2k followers so obviously there is demand. Some will like the short version but many more will appreciate having the support of a full routine.
@@dgreene4262 Thank you for your comment. We will see what we can do about making a longer video. One thing I do stress with my clients is that they know how to do the exercises so they can do it on their own at anytime in any place even when you don't have internet. This will also help your mind for memory as you are not relying on the video or something you wrote down and you can concentrate on the movement like where your body is in space. Knowing how our body moves as well as body awareness is important. both might be hard to get into when acute however. you can try just putting feet up on wall.
