but for some reason i cant render my animation. whenever i try to render more than 1 frames. it only render 1 frame
I'm getting this error message when trying to render. "Device does not support queues."
Any idea?
I think I saw that when GPU wasn't selected in the notebook settings
@@MicroSingularity I was running it directly from your GitHub. It worked after I made a copy to my own google drive. This is a game changer. Thank you!
EDIT: I'm going to save 8+ hours on my current animation in render time.
I am getting same error. Can u plz explain what u did.
@@vaibhavkanade1798 change "OPTIX" to "CUDA"
it helps and same-ish render time
When I go to the last part of the script related to rendering I see an error: bin/bash: ./drive/MyDrive/blender3/blender: Permission denied. Can anyone help me?
For some reason world settings are not getting rendered for me. It's all pink.
It renders well in 2.93, the one I currently have.
Are you using a hdri?
@@MicroSingularity Yes. I tried copying the 2.93 folder into blender 3 on my drive. I put it next to the 3.0 folder but that doesn't seem to work.
I’d try going file->external data->automatically pack and then save, upload the blender file to google drive again and try that
@@MicroSingularity Thanks. Will try that
@@MicroSingularity Works👍👍 thanks a lot!! 25min render tho..
Does colab support "OpenEXR" format to render?
Should be able to. Just remove the -F PNG and change to open EXR in your blender file before you upload to colab
@@MicroSingularity thanks
i used transportation add on vehicles and Botaniq add on for trees in my project ..now i tried this method to render with Google colab .....how to render using colab please help me??
ive got a an Alembic file of a charater that i imported into blender and its working fine in blender but when i render it in colab all the animations dont work any ideas how to solve it ?
why can't my render result open? even though I already downloaded it.. why is that??
I noticed that the Blender 3.0 alpha Linux ver takes more time to download compared to the 3.0 windows ver idk why :(
But if you want to use the windows ver tar command won't unzip your file instead use this command
!unzip "/content/copy-paste the blender 3.0 zip file's path here" -d "/content/sample_data"
this will just unzip the blender file in your sample data folder then you can drag it to your my drive folder (saved precious 10 min of download time LOL )
Blender 3.0 alpha+cycles -x *
can i render my 30 second animated keyframe with this in 30fps cylcle?
Sure. You just need to configure your blender scene that way before uploading it to your google drive.
Hmmmm okay, i'll try it
hello, nice tutorial. But what code can I implement for display when rendering with eevee?
I seem to have used up all my gpu quota. cheers
