Another great monster beauty Dustin!!! I forgot not to do in pruning and repotting I yesterday pruined and repotted all most all my desert roses! i hope ill be ok I live further south then you in the Rio Grande Valley TX , you think they will be ok?
Pretty. What does a graft look like on them? Also can you put rocks on top of the soil? I have rocks on top of 2 of mine. Another one I have with 2 other cactus in a huge pot. Is that okay? It seems fine as it keeps blooming. I live in Tomball.
I mean no disrespect to anyone, but the people who have said that cinnamon doesn’t do anything should probably look it up. A simple google search will show that it has MANY properties that apply to what you’re doing. It has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and wound healing properties. If cinnamon does help, I don’t know what would! 😂😂
The biggest complaint people have about adeniums is that they overwater and they rot and don’t make it. I don’t care what soil you use. I even said several times in the video that you can use standard potting soil if you can control the moisture levels in the soil. I prefer this mix because I don’t have to baby the plant and it mimics the native soil that Adeniums in the wild would be growing in.
Beautiful plant and great job cleaning it up.
Thank you!
I’ve used cinnamon for 14 years and will keep using it too:) what I see is all good, I trust that.
Happy to hear it!

Such a big papa! wow
Thank you!
experiment with peroxide on plant cuts. i used that on tree prunings to dry them quickly
Interesting. I may need to look into that. I like the cinnamon because it’s natural and smells really good.

Yes! Be top dressed then before. They grow faster than you might think. It won’t be long until you have t separate those I bet.

Yeah it works for me
kinda over promoting the soil mix... the soil it had previously with maybe added sand will do fine.

@@texasgardenguyHow often do you water a desert rose in that soil type?
@elizabethmann6507 In full sun summer here in Houston, I water daily unless it rains. But now it’s cooling down you can do 2-3 times a week.
