  • I purchased this Stanley FatMax XL Organizer toolbox at Lowe’s. This is a great product to help with workshop organization. This workshop organizer is large enough to hold a lot of items and still be tucked away when not in use. I've always liked Stanley Tools because they provide a good quality tool at affordable prices. I bought this box with my own money. This is a solid box. It’s all plastic construction with removable plastic containers to keep your items organized. I’m using this one to organize my screws but they can be used for tons of stuff. This Stanley FatMax Organizer is well built and can handle a lot of items. I was actually impressed by the build quality of this organizer. If you would like one of these, check out the links below (Amazon Affililate Links):

These containers are tremendously useful for what you’re using them for. I have used the Dewalt version for many years and have several of them. They go on sale occasionally at big box stores. One is dedicated to Kreg screws alone. And others are used for various types of screws, hooks, wall anchors, and other things just like you are using this one for. Just like you said it’s going to be a tremendous timesaver where you don’t have to go hunting for what you’re looking for. I also have two set up for my router bits (1/2 inch and 1/4 inch shanks) where I took all the little containers out and put a form fitted sheet from a cutting board (large poly boards from WalMart) inside with holes for the bit shanks. Works tremendously well for that too. Good luck!

@@731Woodworks Happy to share! ... For the router bits, if you use a poly cutting board, you'll have to drill slightly oversized holes for the shanks because the plastic will grip the bits too tightly if you just use a 1/2" and 1/4" drill bits. Also, lift the poly sheets up a little by screwing poly scraps to their bottom sides to hold the bits just under the cutting edges.

How well will this work for storing and transporting "Magic: The Gathering" double sleeved decks?

      I don't have a clue, sorry

Interesting use case. I don’t have any cards readily available, nor have I ever double sleeved cards. But I do own a Stanley Fatmax Deep Pro, and it looks like it could be a possibility, depending on how you planned to store them. The deeper bins are just about 3.5” tall. So it WOULD be close (based on a quick search for the height of a card).
You can look up where to buy on the Stanley web site and try it out in person. Or if you have a backup use, maybe just buy a single one (they can be found from $15-$25 depending on vendor and size) and try one out.

731 Woodworks think it’s similar but not the same, because that one has 3 large compartments. Also I’m not sure the one you sent me is with the removable ones

731 Woodworks also I tried the Stanley website and the us site has it but for some reason the uk one doesn’t. Also it won’t allow me to order it from the us site which is strange. If anyone put that box on amazon for uk buyers they would clean up coz that is the perfect box for screws, copper fittings and stuff. I’d buy 10 immediately myself 😂
