I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with ADHD. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.

I think that ADHD can be an advantage if you met some conditions: 1) find your passion and talent VERY VERY early in life; 2) be at least smarter than 80% of other people (no, ADHD doesn't make you smarter, maybe only more creative), 3) be ambitious and resilient for you dreams.

In my family, we’ve learned that ASD and ADHD have considerable overlap. I’m hoping to be tested, and find some non-stimulant drug for it. I wish I had back all the time in my life that I’ve spent looking for things.
Edit because I didn’t even address your comment.😳 If you are neurodivergent, especially with ADHD, you’ve probably heard a lot of criticism, and are keenly aware you do but meet expectations. It’s a lifetime of anxiety, just from trying to fit in, in a world in which I do not belong. I feel I’m just a visitor here, maybe like an anthropologist, especially in the South & TX. Not belonging has led to my recurring dreams of going to gatherings, only to find I don’t belong there. I strongly suspect that with not only ADHD, but ASD, you almost never get to hear that you did alright. That’s a lot of the source of my anxiety. Being othered by my family hasn’t helped.

    ADHD:
    MY EXPERIENCE
As someone who has family members with this disorder it isn’t the most fun or cool things ever. It can be quite difficult when we live in a society built for normal folks who like their cookie cutter life’s.
My poor parent never got the luxury of therapy or diagnosis until much later in life.
They are one of the smartest people I know and they never got the chance to complete a secondary education. Too distracted I guess.
I myself have come to realize I may have it too! And it’s not so scary if you live by a strict code of “the golden rule”
But this applies to how you treat yourself and others too.
Would you tell your friends their dumb and abnormal for making a mistake?
    I HOPE NOT.
We are all just silly little guys doing our best. And if your best isn’t good enough, then take constructive criticism like a Saint and do your best to improve with what you have!
I have seen recent studies that claim ADHD brains were hunters or those who remembered which berries didn’t kill everyone in the tribe.
So learn to fish and become an herbalist. If that’s all you can do to satisfy the random need for random projects then you deserve to have skills that can help you!

Extraordinary people are unique. They are not forced to copy the lifestyle or interests of other people, who sometimes do not even have any interests or opinions.
If a genius isn't interested in something, he doesn't listen to it, he leaves, he devotes himself exclusively to the things he considers important and priority in his life. The common man does not focus only on his interests. They have to adapt perfectly to the team, fit into it in all aspects, totally submit, often even pretend to have the same opinion on the matter, even though they don't agree with it.!!!

Im not special I have a damn Disorder and a Psychiatrist should know better. "Protect them from the idea that they have a problem that needs special attention" HA! guess what? it is a problem and It doesn need special attention. Hyperfocus is neat, Learning a new skill in a tenth of the time as other.. thats pretty cool. • @joshuaknuth3433

Im willing to bet financial stability was a huge factor in the success of many of these. In addition to that this "Dr" is diagnosing individuals with this who were not diagnosed in their lifetime. This is a huge issue. we dont know if half these people actually have adhd. did they exhibit some symptoms? yes perhaps but for a dr to diagnose and make claims about people without actually meeting them is extremely problematic and irresponsible.
It is a disorder and there is no doubt on that. How one looks at the disorder perhaps can have a play. In much the same was as someone with a terminal illness may value life more than others without. But that doesnt make it any less a disorder or illness.
What I am and many of us who suffer from this disorder are saying is stating it as an over arching positive is problematic. The world is not set up for brains like ours, and the struggles we face are enormous at times. And many of us never are able to break free.
Again you dont measure based on successes, you measure based on failures just because some make it through doesnt mean the majority will or can.
Every corpse on Mount Everest was once an extremely motivated individual.
In addition many of us dont want to be a "Success" we simply desire to survive and live a semi normal life.
As I said what I need is access to health care not a motivational speech about how "gifted" I am.

It doesn't work that way. Being highly creative or being highly action oriented or both are other sides of ADHD. Einstein and Disney succeeded because their strong sides were creativity and open mindedness which usually come with downside of being messy.
There are people whose brains specialise in organization, neatness, etc. nobody calls them disordered because they aren't creative or don't thrive in environments that require constant action.
People are specialists, not generalists. You can't have everything.

Many struggle with unnecessary pain mental and physical in life as they cannot organise or fend for themselves and NT workforce HR recruiters will insist on what qualifications you have. My first draft was a lot nicer until I heard your final sentence.
I want to be clear, having adhd does not mean you are lesser. There are many wonderful people who have adhd. There are assholes, like me, too.
It is something that does require special treatment. To say otherwise is damaging to actually serious issue we face.
Parts of our brain are smaller, 3-7% or so. That including the emotional regulation center. We regulate less well, so we feel emotions more strongly. There is a well studied and understood proof.
Our level of mental maturity is about 30% behind that of a typical person. Not that we are dumber, but if you take an 18 year they're around a 13 year old in terms of maturity. If we are lucky we reach the mental maturity of a 22 year old.
We have trouble with the perception of the passing of time.
If not getting the help we require, there is a 70% chance that people with it will self medicate. Typically alcohol or weed. Sometimes harder stuff too.
The impulsiveness leads to a much higher representation in prison.
The life expectancy is much lower.
People who have it are really good at focusing on topic they enjoy, but if it's something that they don't enjoy they have to push through it.
Pretending that you are smarter is unhelpful when you ignore the people who failed to push through.
Or are you suggesting that everyone is eager to be around the immature, chronically late, druggy, college drop out, who was in prison for demestic violence?
To say we are perfect as we are closes the door to the serious issue we face and the help we require. It's a serious issue that cannot be resolved trivially. I have spent about 25 years pretending that there was no problem. That I just was not doing enough. It is actually harmful to only focus on the positive. Because it is a developmental disorder that requires treatment not praise.
If I lost everything that I know about software and computer engineering just so I could have a normal brain I would take it in a hear beat.

It's simply unrealistic to blatantly label Einstein as someone who struggles with ADHD because he never really "struggled" with it nor was it historically known that he ever struggled with symptoms related to it.
Surely ADHD is a spectrum and everyone struggles with it at different intensities, for those who are diagnosed however have reported constant full time struggle with handling daily tasks for which his achievements and historical revelation would prove otherwise to this assumed diagnosis. Good to see you ignoring the Goldwater rule in section & of the APA
"that psychiatrists have a responsibility to participate in activities contributing to the improvement of the community and the betterment of public health, but they should not give a professional opinion about public figures whom they have not examined in person, and from whom they have not obtained consent to discuss their mental health in public statements"
You have not seen these patients and you are openly speculating on their diagnosis to prove a point in a very unscientific manor. This is extremely unethical behavior and as stated by many below it is downplaying the effects ADHD has on many of our daily lives. By pointing our "Success" stories you also are insulting those who are trying a failing. You never measure a success rate without looking at the failure rate as well. For every one of those that succeeds hundreds are left behind. Every corpse on Mount Everest was once an extremely motivated individual.
Does it make you feel good possibly but is it accurate? no.
In addition this narrative negatively effects those who are struggling with the disorder and according to the CDC and DSM is it a disorder. When many of us are struggling with this are told by others who are not suffering from the disorder that we can be successful if we just try harder it has a negative effect. What you should be doing is advocating for better health care rather than patting us on our backs and giving us a pep talk and telling us how special and gifted we are.
Does any of this mean I am not trying my hardest and giving up? hell no, im a fighter and will continue to try my best. But im also realistic in knowing me trying my best is not likely to measure the same as someone without the disorder trying their best.

How the hell does that guy know that Einstein had ADHD. I myself have been diagnosed with ADHD. It's not really a gift. The society where I live still thinks of ADHD people as stupid and lazy, but insists that we must be just as capable, productive and fit ourselves into the same mold as others. ADHD presents itself as many symptoms and is a very subjective experience. Managing symptoms and coping in life is individual, depending on the intensity of symptoms and external circumstances. Impulsivity is one of the biggest problems and can make talent useless. This is a personal experience/observation. There are a million things to consider in ADHD, and videos like this one do not improve people's knowledge of the true nature of ADHD. Rarely, the creators of such videos themselves have ADHD. It is true that people should understand ADHD better and not think of them as stupid and lazy, but they are also not people with superpowers.
