I sat on the beautiful beach in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, South Africa with the brightest pink full moon showering me with it's powerful energy. I wanted to share what I experienced with this meditation. I saw a beautiful deep blue and bright yellow glow and felt it all around me. When I put my hand to my heart chakra I got emotional. I felt loved!.

i miss having a mate in my life. my husband of 24 and a half years died 4 months ago and i sure hope to make some new friends. especially ones into yoga, meditation, mantra, dancing, nature, smiles, laughter, love and kindness
so funny, i took a picture of the full moon the other night after doing my own pink heart meditation , not knowing that the full moon was considered pink, i took a picture and actually saw a pink aura around the moon! cool and fantastic
