@@Connie_TinuityError London did used, but it only used on weekends (or LWT used this) for a short time, 1 year. Weekdays on London (or Carlton London) don't use the generic look at all.

ITV suits blue and yellow a lot more than the odd teal colour they've recently adopted. The current logo wouldn't work though somehow

Where did you get this, UA-cam compresses audio for support for multiple devices, and that means that the audio quality will be reduced.
Maybe the uploader of the video had access to the master tapes of this song, which might explain why this is high quality
